My nails ( especially my toenails) hardly grow. I serious only cut my toenails 2-3 times a yr. It’s been about 2 1/2 months of me using this collagen and my toenails have grown out so much that I have to cut them already. And I color my hair and my roots are showing up every two weeks now because my hair is growing so much quicker. I totally recommend this. Get to the very top she’s making you see your boss just helping her out then how are you? Work # makes it look like you need to get a lot more. If you do it makes it look more flat down it don’t look cool.

I highly recommend this product. It is a bit pricey but very worth it. I have been taking it for about 2 months now and I notice a huge difference. I took it because I lift a lot and work a very physically strenuous job, and wanted to improve my joint health. Not only has my joint health improved tremendously, but my skin, nails, and hair have too. My eyelashes are much thicker and longer, and my hair is in better health. The quality of the product is great too. I always get the cold brew flavor and mix it with milk and it tastes great. It is the only protein powder that I have no problem with drinking every day. 11/10 get some now.

I start taking this product around2018 or 2019 , it was very good for my problems knees. According from a Dr if I take for couple years will help me with my knees. It work at the time for couple years, then the company change the product to help weight and other things . In 2023 I try it again and it was not the same. Know in 2025 my knees are acting up again so I will try again for a while to see if it is of some help again for my old knees. I hope it work!Bonita with a problem

I ordered the vanilla, it is tastes the best by itself in hot water and dissolves well. There usually is some powder left at bottoms but I drink it down, not a big to me. I tried it with coffee, it tasted weird and it doesn’t mix that well in cold water. I’m almost out of the vanilla and may try another flavor to switch up for the next month. I haven’t paid that much attention to how it affects my skin but I have noticed I have less pain in my joints, specially when I keep up with my exercise routine.

This is my 2nd time ordering Ancient Nutrition. I used a different, very popular collagen powder for years and for some reason I wanted to switch it up. This brand had great reviews and it comes with a scooper which is nice. I mix my powder into my morning iced latte because I don't usually eat breakfast, so this is a way to get some protein in and keep me full until lunch. I usually brew my espresso hot, then use a handheld manual frother to incorporate the hot espresso and the powder together. I then add my milk and syrups. Pour it over ice for a lovely protein packed iced latte. This unflavored powder is TRULY unflavored and undetectable, it also has no weird texture. It will clump if it's not frothed but I'm pretty sure that's the case with most powders. You could also use one of those shaker bottles for a shaken espresso drink. I can't really speak to the skin or hair benefits, because I get facials, Botox, use skincare and supplements.

I have been using Ancient Nutrition collagen for years now with outstanding resultsto my health. I mix it into my morning coffee. It blends well and is tasteless. I usually use 2 scoops to boost my protein. My skin, hair, nails and joints are doing very well for a Woman over 60.

I wanted to try a collagen powder that did not have an after taste. This one does, I tried to not mind it but I couldn't finish it. Also, I put it in my coffee, and even though it was hot, it left clumps even after mixing it really well. I tried other powders that do not leave an after taste, and they mixed well with drinks. Also, I did not feel any difference in my energy levels while taking it. Even though, I did not finished the container, I used it enough to be able to tell a difference.
Pros- Genuine. Cons- cost 3 times as US.
