I do not like orangy or warm tones on my skin as I have a red undertone. I purposefully searched for cool toned blush. I found this and I love it. It’s great quality and applies well. I will purchase again.

I have cool/neutral undertones and most bronzers either look muddy, grey, or orange on my face. This one just gives a nice warmth and doesn't go on too heavy, and I can layer blush on top of it and it's just right. I also like that it isn't shimmery like a lot of bronzers are, as it can get to be too much. Definitely recommend!

I loved that this was a cool tone and not orange at all. However, I’m pale and it still turned out very dark. I wish it came in more shades. I won’t be buying it again

It's been really difficult for me to find a powder bronzer to use for contouring that actually looks natural on my fair(ish) skin with yellow undertones. (Most are too orange or too sparkly) The cooler matt tone of Oliver does a good job of mimicking natural shadows and thus works well to create natural looking contour. The Balm comes through, again. This product looks good, feels good and stays in place for me.

I was hoping that meant this would be more neutral, but I find it's a little too red(?) for me to contour with although the tone isn't bad for bronzing. I think if I wasn't pale/pasty from being inside a lot, the warmth would compliment my skin tone more.Requires a little build-up (which isn't necessarily bad) if you're of my complexion, but I didn't notice any blending issues even when I only had a light layer of powder foundation and no primer on my face.
