My old roommate got my hyped on this stuff. Is it 20$ butter? Yes. Is it stupid tasty and good for cooking at high heat because it never burns? Also yes. Just need a little, shelf stable — I keep it cause I’m bougie and always forgetting to buy fresh butter.

Very impressed with this ghee, from how it was so securely packaged to the flavor and how it cooked and the freshness date. I’ve always made my own ghee but unable to anymore. Did some research, found this brand & the type I wanted. It tasted good, no aftertaste, and I’m picky. It heated up so quickly & I was able to saute/fry in a much quicker time, at a higher temp than usual. I’m glad I tried this & will definitely buy more.

If you like Bulletproof coffee, cooking with ghee, and enjoy the taste of ghee this is a MUST! The brand was recommended by several fitness leaders, as it taste great and is organic. I keep it in the fridge - love it!
