There is a high end grocery store with a hot food bar in Sebastopol, CA and they serve Frank's rubbed wings and they are THE BEST wings I've ever had. Not too hot, and not too sour, just PERFECT so now I make sure to keep the powder for rub, and other recipes I haven't tried yet, and the sauce for my eggs.

Taste exactly like buffalo sauce!! Great sprinkled on fries too or mix in with sour cream to make a yum dipping sauce, pretty good value bc a little goes a long way.

This review is for Frank's RedHot Original Seasoning Blend, 4.12 oz. I like Frank's RedHot hot sauce on chicken, and I was looking for something to mostly add to popcorn. So, I decided to give this seasoning a try. I really like it on popcorn, which is really all I have used it for. It adds a good amount of flavor and only a light amount of spice/heat. I could definitely use this on a number of things. I'm sure this seasoning goes well with fries, but I really never have fries at home, so I have not been able to try it. The ingredients list is so-so. I like that cayenne pepper is the first ingredient, but some of the other ingredients on the list don't exactly excite me. If you are sodium intake sensitive, there is a decent amount of sodium in here.

Hey that commercial says put that s### everything, now I do. Love FRANKS. has a distinct Frank's flavor. Rub this on your meat and add liquid sauce after cooking to enjoy flavor depth. Damn my mouth is watering!

This stuff is delicious! It tastes just like the sauce. Nice and spicy and tangy. It’s gonna make an amazing dry rub for my charcoal grilled chicken wings!

I'm torn on this product. I'm a huge fan of Frank's buffalo sauce so had high hopes for this product. I was most excited to try it as a seasoning for baked chicken but it was a little underwhelming - the flavors were muted and didn't give the acidic punch I was hoping for. On a whim I added it to a pot of Mac and Cheese and it made a world of difference turning a fairly bland meal into a delicious and spicy dinner. It's good, but perhaps not as good as their brand of buffalo sauce.

Only 3 stars because of the cost to get a product that will expire in 3 months....very disappointing
Recipe ahead
Check out my review for the ranch seasoning. This one is good for using with baked chicken thighs. Sprinkle some on chicken and bake in the oven or air fryer.
They don’t send Frank’s red hot. They send McCormick grill mates….
A million uses and I’ve done about 503,987 of them.
Great stuff.The only gripe is that it can cake quickly after opening. So make sure it avoids moisture and leaving the lid open.
