This particular group Scotch super-hold do have 50% more adhesive, the tape is stronger and yet the same thickness. I am into mfg. and I have checked this out under the microscope! Current they are being made in the USA. The former ones that I compared were made in Canada and performed quite well This is an improvement, but can be changed at any time by 3M. Buy a lot now and continue to check quality. Big improvements in America can be leaders to increase purchases, or bring home more votes for some political party. This is what I did and now I own made in the USA goods that can not be found anywhere and that are of top quality! Fool the fools; not yourself!

Perfect for packages, around the home, crafts and more. Finally a TEAR BY HAND (using the sharp edge) tape on packages that make the addresses easy to see. Super clear, great thickness and durability. Suggestion? Make another version with just regular stickiness. Sometimes I need just the width of this. But this is sooo much better that struggling with "normal" packing tape. The tape holder is a great idea and works well!

3M has chosen to make their original magic tape with less adhesive and very thin cellophane. It doesn’t stick and is flimsy.THIS product works the way the old Magic Tape used to work. Good adhesive and strong. Too bad u now have to pay more to get what you used to get with the original Magic Tape. I recommend this over the regular 3M tape even tho it costs more.

Some places only sell the gift or "magic" tape, but this is much better for most daily tasks calling for clear tape. Even for gift wrapping, on some paper the so-called gift tape is anything but invisible, and looks awful. Also, the gift tape will deteriorate over time, for instance on the torn page of a book. For some dumb reason I can't get it locally, so I was glad to find it on Bolo.
Works well. Stickier than invisible. Good grip.
I use these for securing shipping labels and sealing envelope, pouches or anything that doesn’t need to be pretty or peeled off. This has a great grippy stickiness. It’s the shiney one so make sure you don’t want the invisible kind. Scotch brand really does make the best tape rolls of this type.

Super Sticky
I bought this regular Scotch tape because I haven't been able to find it for years in any store. It goes on clear which is what I wanted. It is wide & super sticky. If you are looking for the regular sticking Scotch Tape I suggest you buy it at the Post office where it's half the price of this one. Like who needs super sticky Scotch Tape. It says it's easy to peel off - NOT! In other words don't use it to tape something on a wall as I'm sure you'll rip off paint if removing the tape later.
