A whole lot of sugar.
My bad - I should have read the ingredients more carefully - I didn't realize this was 50% sugar (2g out of a serving size of 4g).Tastes good (with this much sugar, of course it does). Seems fine otherwise.
Mmm the best snack in my opinion!
Wow, these surpassed my expectations honestly I did not think I would like them I thought they would be bitter but little did I know that they are quite the opposite, they have the perfect balance of sweetness and crunch! When I crave a snack now, I grab these instead of a chocolate bar! That is how good this stuff is! Eat them on it's own or throw them into your cereal or smoothies.

I usually grind these up to powder and then sprinkle on my cappuccino ! Great product.
