I have tried many different PQQ supplements, and most of them added other ingredients without giving me any clear results. But after switching to Health Thru Nutrition PQQ (PureQQ), I can truly feel the difference.I take it in the morning together with my NAD supplement, and the effect is very noticeable. My skin tone became brighter and more even, almost like turning back the clock. Fine spots that usually appear with age have become less visible, and my skin has regained a youthful glow.This product is clean, vegan, and simple – exactly what I was looking for. I will continue to use it and hope the manufacturer always maintains this high level of quality. Highly recommended!

I took a chance on this, having read a brief article about how PQQ is what the mitochondria need to perform at their best. The mitochondria are called the powerhouse of the body's cells, and when ramped up, they deliver the energy to run the body efficiently. PQQ appears to be the nutrient that is needed and is often in short supply, especially among the elderly. I am elderly and was disappointed to note how little energy I could find to do the things I wanted to do.So I bought a bottle of PQQ and shared it with my wife — 60 caps divided by the 2 of us = a one month trial. Honestly, at the end of the month I hadn't noticed anything, so I didn't reorder. but a week or two later I thought that perhaps a one month trial wasn't a fair trial, so I ordered a second bottle. Within a week I began to find the energy to get at some of the home projects that had languished sometimes for years. I now regularly tackle physical tasks that have been waiting for me to get around to it. I can't prove the PQQ is the reason, but it seems likely. It might be one of those mind-over-matter things or a kind of placebo effect, but no matter, my life has improved, my satisfaction with it anyway.My wife thinks it has perhaps helped her a bit, which is not such a resounding report, but that just reminds me that everybody's body is different, and what works for one may work differently for another.It's not fearfully expensive and I'd gladly recommend that you try it and give it time to kick in, but keep my wife's experience in mind too.

This product is very potent and effective. And it did not cause any sleep problems which I was a little worried about because 20 mg is a higher dose. I’m very satisfied.

Doctor's office can tell this is calming as it's anti-inflammatory as well as others shared it's very helpful with Ubiqinol. Some additions insist as a boost to energy during the day.

I have been under the care of a cardiologist for the past 5 years and had a recent stent installed. So when the cardiologist put me on a statin and ubiquinol CoQ10, and then recommended this product to help with ubiquinol uptake, I listened and also did research. I'd never heard of it before.Most people don't realize it but statins wipe out CoQ10 in your system along with reducing your cholesterol levels. This can lead to many heart related issues, not the least of which is a heart attack. You must replace the CoQ10 in your body, which is far easier said than done. Unfortunately, many cardiologists simply don't talk with their patients about it, as medical schools rarely teach their young doctors about the advantages of non-prescription supplements. Since they don't talk about the CoQ10, they neither talk about which version of it to use. As it turns out, younger people can absorb the cheaper version, but once you hit age 50ish, that slows down.It is at this point that you should switch over to ubiquinol CoQ10 that absorbs better. But even then, absorption is limited. PQQ helps with that and should be taken whenever you take your ubiquinol CoQ10. This however, was just the first reason for taking PQQ.Mitochondria biogenesis basically means that your body is creating new mitochondria. You can find out far more than I can write with a few Google lookups, but in summary, mitochondria are responsible for energy conversion in your body and they are found in many organs such as the liver and heart. They mutate over time and this contributes to loss of energy and function, essentially known as aging.Nobody is suggesting that PQQ is the fountain of youth, turn back the clock, or restore hair or hair color. However, increasing your body's production of mitochondria is currently one of the holy grails of anti-aging and can help to prevent further damage, add overall energy to your daily living, and perhaps slow down the aging process. For me, I wasn't expecting much other than what the doctor said about the ubiquinol CoQ10 uptake, so I really don't think it's any kind of placebo effect. However, I've found a significant increase in overall energy, and so far a 10# weight loss without changing anything else.

I bought these to help improve energy and help my mitochondria to power up.. I have been taking them for 2 months and even with my B12 and as I’m still crashing in the afternoon.. I guess they work at different levels for different people.
