it was shrink wrapped when i released it. wow fluffy and soft. amazing i love it so much best nights sleep ever,

These pillows were cheap - I should’ve paid more for better quality, synthetic SOFT pillows which these aren’t. The pillows are medium-firm which is fine if that’s what you want. They are nothing like the softness of feather/down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU WANT SOFT PILLOWS.
