Totally as described. Does the job. Build quality seems good. Price is quite reasonable, especially considering what "big-name" computer retailers charge for cables either online or in brick-and-mortar stores.The big-name stores that I checked don't even have this kind of extension cable nowadays. DVI isn't exactly flavor of the month anymore, but I'm still using two Apple Cinema Displays, and so I'm glad to be able to find this.

No complaints. Needed a DVI extension cable to connect a Raspberry PI via a micro HDMI to DVI cable and the HDMI/DVI cable was too short. Could have purchased a micro-HDMI extender too, but the DVI connectors are larger and more robust, plus they have the screw hardware to make sure the extension doesn't pull apart. Works great.

It does what it’s supposed to do. It’s an extension cable, and allows me to run my computer to my projector. There’s no issue with the connection, even at this long length. The cable itself is built quite sturdy, albeit a little stiff. I’ve bought quite a few Cable Matters products over the years and they have been consistently reliable.

Bought for a job, and needed to change 1 end to alternative connector. Found 1 piece internal wiring did not conform to DVI wiring standard. The shield twisted pair was really mssed up. Wire from a pair is shielded with another wire from another pair.No choice to discard. Now here to re-buy a replacement since the job need to be consistent. of the same physical type.
