My pilates teacher introduced me to these weighted balls during our mat workout. This has really helped build up strength and are easy to hold while providing just the right amount of weight for the exercises. I bought two different sizes for elevating workouts and they are grest. Even my husband likes them. Grest value for the benfits!

I had hip replacement surgery and needed a ball to squeeze between my knees for PT. These do the Jon nicely. They're made of thick rubbery material and come uninitiated. That was ok though because they included a sturdy straw. Just insert, inflate, and cap off. If you're looking for play balls, these aren't your best bet because they're not perfectly round. That's fine for what I need it for though. The maintain their shape and hold their air. I like that I can let a little out if the exercise requires less resistance. The colors are fun added bonus.

I had these shipped to my vacation rental and was so pleased with the quality of these balls. Everyone loved my balls and wanted to play with them but of course I told them to leave my balls alone and to get their own! I did share them with my sister. We had a great workout together and these balls didn't disappoint! They worked out great between our legs and were easy to grip. They have a great non slip texture and unlike smoother balls, they stay in place easily and won't slip away when you're squeezing them tightly. The sizing is also really great. My sister prefers her balls to be larger then I like so we were able to inflate them to our personal preference. Yeah for smaller balls!! I'm glad my sister was able to get her hands on the bigger balls she likes! Win, win!

While these were a little difficult to inflate they are a great product. Once blown up you have to be quick to take the straw out and put the little button in place to plug up the hole. Otherwise, they are sturdy and seem very durable. Great order for a great price.

I bought 1-set to see if I liked them. They're just like any other pilate ball, but a lot less money. They may not blow up as firm as a basketball, but it's not made for bouncing. And, for people with arthritic hands they're textured and grippy, and they're soft so they're easy to hold onto. I'm buying 9 more sets for my older adult classes. Balls are such an important part of range of motion exercises, these allow me to be able to afford to have a set to keep with me all the time and offer them in every class. BTW, it only take 3-4 breaths into the straw to fill it, and if you put your finger over the hole as soon as you pull the straw out, and keep it there until you put the plug in with the other hand, you lose almost no air. Less than 30-seconds to fill.

These balls seem like they are high quality. However, multiple reviews note the sticky residue can damage surfaces, and after inflation I do notice sticky residue on mine so I will return.Pretty easy to inflate with the straw using finger to keep the air in before putting the plug. It includes a tool to remove the plugs. But they are significantly smaller than stated. The ball caps out at 7 in in diameter. I need a 9-in ball. The balls shown in the photos are significantly larger than the ones I got.
