It’s easy to use, just put it in the microwave for 40 seconds (may be more or less depending on how strong your microwave is). It seems to stay very warm for at least 1/2 hour or so. I purchased some gauze pads that I also use with this. I put one gauze pad over my eyes first before applying this so it stays more clean. I find it very comfortable and relaxing. I usually fall asleep while using it midday. I will definitely purchase again once this one needs replacing for whatever reason.

I have Lupus and consequently have dry eyes. My ophthalmologist told me.to get this product and use it 10 min each nite before bedtime.The warmth released the blocked eye ducts. He told me that the oil from my eyes will release and make my vision blurry, which keeps your eyes moist. I did get the oil release hence why he said to use at bedtime. It only took 15 min or so to clear up which I assume the oil was soaked up by my eye balls themselves.This would also be great for a sinus infection to release pressureThe item can be used for 6 to 9 months daily then tossed for a new one.The fabric next to my eyes is soft against my face. Velcro is soft as well. The item is easily molded to my face when laying down.

WOW! what a difference this makes when my eyes are tired and have a hard time focusing. Twenty seconds in the micro-wave and 10 minutes on my eyes restores my eyes. It fits over my eyes comfortably and feels so refreshing. I have purchased three of them.- one for my sister and two for me. I keep one with my luggage, so I have it when I travel, if needed,

I had a sinus infection and a lot of inflammation in my sinuses that was quite uncomfortable. I already own the Bruder eye mask and am quite familiar with the brand and how these masks work. When I saw they made a sinus mask, I ordered it immediately. It is super easy to use. You microwave and apply to your face. That’s it! I used it twice a day; once on my work lunch break and once at home before bed. On both occasions, I heated the mask in the microwave and then attached the strap and reclined. Quite a few times, especially at bedtime, I fell asleep because it is so relaxing. It is not a cure for anything but definitely helps and is very soothing. My only negative is that is does not stay hot for as long as the company states. I wish it was able to retain that full amount of heat for longer but it is a great product.

My eye doctor recommended this eye compress to prevent styes. He said I kept getting styes because the oil in the oil glands around my eyes was turning the consistency of butter, clogging the glands, rather than staying liquid like oil. I use this compress on my eyes every day for 15 minutes as instructed (nice excuse for a nap!), and I haven't had any more styes (knock wood). I also use Optase eye wipes to clean my eye lids.
