In the past, I’ve struggled with breakouts and irregular periods after going off the pill, but this time, things have felt much more stable.Almost two months post-BC, and my cycle has stayed regular with virtually no acne, which is a big change from my previous experience. I can’t say for sure it’s all from this supplement, but I do believe it’s played a key role.No side effects, the capsules are easy to take, and I love that it’s vegan and third-party tested. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for extra support during a hormonal transition.

I initially bought this with Dim for severe breast pain around ovulation that lasted until my period started. I researched and breast tenderness was due to an estrogen surge around that time. It was so uncomfortable and was affecting me literally half the month, every month. I started taking both of these supplements. It didn't work immediately. It took about a week and a half to lessen the pain. It really slowed down about 2 days before my period which is usually terrible for my soreness. The last few months I've had the most excruciating cramps ever the first few days of my cycle. To the point it felt like full blown contractions. They were getting worse and worse each time. When i started this time only after about 2 weeks, I had next to no cramping. There were like 2 times it felt crampy but didn't last long at all and it was super mild. Also my period was much lighter as well. Still had a heavyish day in there but not as bad as I've experienced. I'm really hoping around the mid way ovulation point, there's a big difference in my reoccurring breast pain. Its almost unbearable normally. I'm feeling hopeful this time around. I've been taking both supplements for about 3 weeks now. The only side affect has been headaches. Some worse than others but they are still consistent after 3 weeks. I'm hoping they go away soon as I've heard it's part of the detox stage. Tylenol has helped but I've been taking it much more than i normally do. The DIM pills are small and easy to swallow. The calcium d glucarate pills are much larger but still pretty easy to swallow. (I normally have trouble swallowing large pills). I will continue to take both. I'm not sure if it's one or the other that's helping or both together. But they say you need both for the full detox.

Calcium D Gluterate has been a God-send for me. I have struggled with ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, and days of painful, debilitating cramps for the last 30 years.I have been trying to get pregnant for 19 yearsIn fall of 2017, the uterine fibroid began bleeding and in the next six months continued for over 170 days. I thought I was going to die, as I couldn’t breathe from lack of oxygen and had to stay in bed for months and months. I didn’t have the energy to stand up and walk.I was on the verge of needing surgery to have the uterine fibroid removed. I literally got out of bed and drove directly to the vitamin store and bought calcium d-gluterate and started taking it immediately. Within the first week I noticed a huge difference!The swelling of the tumor decreased significantly. The size of my belly decreased significantly. I started feeling more energy and more like myself than I had in ages. It definitely helped my situation more than anything ever has.I no longer have painful cramps and the uterine fibroid does not swell or bleed anymore.I decided not to have surgery because of the significant changes for the positive. I was and continue to be overjoyed. The stress of another potential surgery was lifted off of my shoulders and I feel so much better!

I’ve recently started taking Calcium D-Glucarate | 500mg to support my liver health, and so far, I’m seeing promising results. The dosage is easy to incorporate into my routine, and I appreciate that it’s a natural supplement with potential detoxifying properties.While it’s too soon to speak to long-term effects, I’m hopeful about its benefits for liver function and detox support. I’ll need more time to fully evaluate its impact, but the early signs are positive.

I seem to be drawn to this particular brand, probably because it works! I use it for detoxifying excess estrogen which happens occasionally on hormone replacement therapy, and for women going through periods menopause. It also works great with those sensitive to fragrances & other chemical exposures. Calcium de glucarate is excellent to use for detoxifying.

Great booster when paired with DIM. Blood test results are having a positive impact. Add this to DIM. I’m 54 and the amount of stuff stuck in my liver is scary (fatty liver). The connection with inefficient liver and estrogen is scary after 40. This helps DIM get things back under control.
