My favorite face wash in the perfect size bottle for traveling. The smell is refreshing. The texture is foamy and cleans my face without drying it out. So far I am in love every product I have purchased.

This product arrived without the top/cap or any protective tape to ensure it has not been tampered with. It is not returnable. I will never order like this again. It wasn't even a bargain price. I will order directly from Caudalie next time. At least I can find someone to talk to. Waste of money.

I added this in to my skin care routine to remove all of my makeup and really give my face a good scrub. It is expensive but definitely worth the price! If you have sensitive skin this is for you. I don’t break out and I go to bed fresh faced

This face wash came with no lid, but it’s still a good product. The plastic seal was also broken because obviously the lid was not there. The lid was also not anywhere to be found in the box. Extremely annoying because now I don’t have a lid for traveling. Otherwise I love the light foam face wash. It doesn’t strip your skin but also gives a adequate clean. It’s a little over priced for a face wash but I like the way it feels, cleans and makes my skin look. It’s not always easy to find a nice foam face wash and this is a good one. I want my face wash to come out of the pump as a foam as opposed to having to foam it up in my hands. This face wash is a foam when you pump it out. Next time I’ll buy from another place because I want my face wash with a lid. Clearly Bolo has an issue because reading other reviews MANY other people have gotten their face wash without a lid. Bolo is too lazy to fix the problem clearly. I reported it to customer service and others should too if you have this issue. I would recommend buying this face wash but not from Bolo. My other products I’ve purchased from Caudalie off Bolo have been fine. In the future I’ll just buy them all from another site because I don’t trust it now. It may also be worth mentioning I have combo skin- oily in some places and dry spots in other areas. This face wash doesn’t make my skin feel tight after I wash with it. I have eyelash extensions and this face wash seems to work well with them. I didn’t find it to be overly scented or an annoying scent. All the products from this brand smell similar to me- a natural light herbal type lemongrass scent is the best way I can describe it. It doesn’t linger and isn’t overpowering to me personally. If you want something completely unscented you may not like this. I know some people are sensitive to scents but I’m really not as long as they aren’t overwhelming.
