Have been purchasing this for years and as long as the manufacturers don’t change anything about it, will continue to purchase this item. No complaints—no issues—no problems. Great for over night oats. These are so easy to add any ingredient to. They honestly have little taste so we add vanilla and honey and it’s perfect.

Taste great, somehow smell even better! I just open the bag to sniff it! Sprouted oats tend to be more digestible. Unfortunately, these are pretty expensive for the quantity you receive compared to other oats. They are organic, and glyphosate free and from a farm that cares, so you are getting a quality product. It's just pricey to keep this stocked up, especially if you want to bake cookies, which, by the way, are so, so good! I'll be buying more and more as budget allows.

A holistic practitioner whom I work with recommended this product to me. I like oatmeal and normally have eaten organic, gluten free oatmeal, but she said adding sprouted oatmeal would be even more beneficial. I have to say I love it. I read some of the negative reviews and the part I like about it I think some people don't like so it's definitely an individual opinion on preference. When this is cooked it has a bit of a crunchy texture (which I love!) but some of those reviewing with negative reviews didn't like. So that's fair enough either way as it's just a matter of what you prefer. I give it 5 stars because of the texture - for me that puts it over the top from regular oatmeal. But if you don't think you would like a textured type of oatmeal with a little crunch, definitely stick with regular oatmeal as you can't cook the crunch out of the sprouted version. You can't go wrong either way as both versions of oatmeal are healthy :)
