This has minimal ingredients: pure distilled water, potassium iodide, iodine.The only negative is the taste. Put desired dosage 1-2 drops in lots of water, then drink more water.I just started this but hope for positive results. Will update later, either way.

1st few application I applied a small dot on the inside of my forearm and noticed the color completely absorbed within seconds and took it every other day. After 3 months, the color doesn't go away that quickly now and I don't apply hardly anything maybe 1x a week. Since taking this iodine 3 months now it's resolved my underweight problem - I've gained 8 lbs and don't drop weight anymore with a skipped or small meal. It's fixed my dandruff problem, dry lips, and scalp tender points. If you're underweight, try iodine. When I've taken too much I wake up with a sore throat and also have some headache tension at the back of my scalp. I've read that we are capable of dosing high iodine but think my body's not able to keep up with the detox so I'm needing something to support - possibly selenium. Read about iodine!

Nobody knows the correct dosage because 1 drop (2.5 mg) already provides 17 times the daily US RDA of 150 mcg (not mg, its "mcg") . Do the math. You need 150 mcg, you take 1 drop which is 2,500 mcg; 2,500/150 = 16.7Ken Berry, MD screams for iodine louder than anybody (anybody who doesn't sell the stuff) and even he says just 1 drop daily if you aren't already eating iodine rich foods regularly. Most people don' t know what they are; seafood esp shrimp/fish, diary milk/yogurt/chs, eggs yolks, liver. For vegetarians its more limited; seaweed, lima beans (yeah, vegan types should take a daily drop of lugol's).

this is a USA source not chinese heavy metal laden i think it is great Sun Fruit Dan thinks drinkin it is ok I ONLY as a former us army medic 91c say it is best safely absorbed by just painting a patch on your skin that allows you to see if you're absorbing it next mornin it'll be absorbed your skin won't absorb it unless yer deficient so best way is paint a 2"x4" on yer wrist n see if it absorbed fully in 10 hrs then do agaain it will get halides n radioactive iodine 131 out of you n flouride n bromide WONDERFUL STUFF WE ALL NEED plus a USA source get this cheapest n bestest BUT KEEP INSIDE A COTTAGE CHEESE WHITE FOOD GRADE PLASTIC NO METAL AND THIS OFFGASSES AND WILL STAIN CABINETS SO KEEP INSIDE A PLASTIC CONTAINER and you are fine i suggest we ALL NEED THIS so get this n detox

Do not pick up bottle by the eye dropper. It will come out, spill, and stain.Happened twice at my home by different people.

The bottle contains enough solution to last a long time, and the dropper design makes it very easy to use. I’ve been using it as an iodine supplement, and I’ve noticed a significant boost in my energy levels. It’s also great for supporting skin health and overall immunity. I am only saying this so that no one else will experience my situation, not to belittle anything. I used this product(one drop one glass water )for four days. In four days, my body became weak and I experienced all kinds of problems, including headaches. What I have now realized is that these supplements that say potassium are just marketing and business to deceive people. No one should use them and do not harm their own body. It should be considered as advice from the person who used them. Thank you, actually this product not use in orealy it's use out side body because it's smell like government hospital quality iodine
