I’ve been using this product off and on for years. I decided to buy in bulk because I got tired of trying to look for it at the Vitamin Shoppe which recently discontinued it. Using this product push me to do more reps when working out and lifting.

Creatine is one of the most - if not THE most studied supplement on the market. It has repeatedly been tested and studied across a variety of medical journals and papers. There is no risk to the kidneys, liver, etc. Creatine will not make you fat or bloated.That being said, while Kre-Alkalyn is just as effective than Creatine monohydrate, it’s not MORE effective nor are there any additional benefits.The Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition found in 2012 that “buffered” creatine like this product produce the same physical results as regular creatine.I simply bought it as I was traveling a lot and figured it would be easier to transport capsules in a marked bottle at an airport rather than a fine white powder. It simply comes down to personal preference. Do you want to mix it into your protein shake or pre workout? Or do you want to pop a couple of pills.TL;DR: Good product, same as regular creative, dinged 1 star for the slightly misleading marketing/claims on this product

I have only been using this form of Creatinne for a couple of days. I had did loading thing previously and had worked up to a maintenance dose of 10mg after I scaled down. And did experience some ankle swelling and gastric issues. I did use about 10Gm of it with no adverse side effects and no swelling or gastric issues. Wish I had started with this one first

I’m a 58 year old male and work out roughly 5 days a week for about 1.5 hours per day. I’ve tried a lot of supplements and really only see a noticeable difference with creatine and prefer this over the others I’ve tried. I notice the ability to lift a bit more weight or a few extra reps with it, and for whatever reason my body feels more “pumped” or muscle bulge. It maybe water retention but I feel like that extra few pounds or 3-4 more reps is what builds the muscle. I also think my stamina to do a longer more intense workout is better. There’s no substitute for discipline and hard work, but this is definitely adding a bit in the plus column.

I did the research, read the reviews, and even tried another, less expensive brand. Then I found this one. Best creatine mono pills I have found so far. Easy to take (no mixing powders) and yeah, it works. I can see and feel it. No loading phase required. But check the dosage. 4 pills is only 3 mg. Serving size says 2 pills; yeah...I don't think so. The actual directions say 1 or 2 pills before and then 1 or 2 pills after your workout. I started with 2 & 2 but have recently switched to 3 and 3. And that's when I really started to see the results I wanted.So of course, the bottle doesn't last as long but to me, it is still worth it. The price is good and the convenience of these pills is just what I need

クレアチンは飲み続ける限り恒常的に筋肉のサイズが上がるイメージに対してこれはパワーが上がることに特化してるイメージです。多分クレアルカリンを飲んでてもクレアチンを抜くと筋肉の張り感は落ちます。ただクレアルカリンはパワーは間違いなく出ると思います。

初回120錠を飲みきった後、2ヶ月空けて再購入。減量中でしたが、飲み始めた日から、レップの伸びを感じて、やはり効果があると実感しています。体重70kg前後ですので、ワークアウト30分程度前に2錠飲んでいます。1錠だと、あまり効果を感じられませんでした。元々、通常のクレアチンを飲むと、便が緩くなってしまうので、上手く活用出来なくて、クレアチンを諦めていました。クレアルカリンの存在を知り、前回、今回と購入してみて、自分には必須のサプリメントの１つだと思いました。値段も安いですし、入金から10日ぐらいで到着しますので、とても買いやすいです。この後も、活用していきたいと思います。

I have been taking this product for years, after having tried a number of different creatine's in the market. This is by far my favorite supplement - there is no bloating unlike many other creatine products, the cost is reasonable for the amount you get and I have always been happy with the results. I will continue to purchase and take this product - very happy
