This floor cleaner is what we used for some of our commercial jobs. It does well on any floors we put it on. No smears or residue. Makes floors look really clean. Has a Neutral smell, so no overwhelming scents that can cause headaches or any chemical scents.

I have been using this floor cleaner everyday for the last three years in my cleaning business. I love that it is safe on all floor types including wood and natural stone. My clients love it too because the scent is mild and it does not bother those with sensitivities. It leaves a streak free clean floor. Love how effective and diverse it is as well as economical.

I use this to have a pet friendly robot floor cleaner solution for stupid cheap. The water is always way dirtier when dumping than with other cleaners so it seems to work well. This really isn't used in homes a lot as it's more an industrial product but give it a shot! Just use a tiny tiny tiny amount! I do about a teaspoon per fill which is probably half a gallon or 3/4.

Great value for your money. Its doesn't smell bad but it doesn't smell like orange to me. I add a little orange oil to it and it gives it that fresh citrus scent. It does clean well. It doesn't leave a sticky residue, and leaves the floors shining

I specifically wanted a citrus- orange scent to linger, at least until it dries, but unless you stick your nose in the top, you’re not gonna get the scent much at all. I was really disappointed as soon as I opened it and tried to get a whiff!

I had been purchases a neutra floor cleaner from a local supply vendor and it was great but expensive. The vendor doesn't sell the product any longer and I have tried other products but wasn't as happy.I absolutely love this cleaner. I have various floor types from tile to porcelain and works great on all. If you follow the mixing guidelines as stated you won't go wrong.
