I just wish the magnet were bigger to hold the weight of the tongs in a horizontal position on the toaster. So, I put my tongs verticallywith the magnet, down, and the tongs pointing up; the oppositev way doesn't work because the toaster height is too, short, and the magnet can't make contact with the toaster.

Customer service is King!**********************Original review:I had high hopes after shopping for toast tongs on Bolo. These stood out because they had a magnet that would conveniently hold them on to a metal toaster.Not. They slide off. And the throngs are not easy to get tight enough to grasp the toast.,Unfortunately I sent a set to a friend as a gift before I got them for myself.Great idea but poorly executed.
