I use these a lot. They are very convenient for burgers and sandwiches. I like the fact that you can open this completely flat and have both plates for grilling. It doesn't have settings for numbered degrees of cooking so you have to gage it by what you cook. I don't mind it at all. I love this thing. And clean up is sooo easy.

I love it. However it would be nice that the power cord is detachable for easy washing. Also the base needs to be rubber instead of plastic legs because I have granite counter and it’s slippery when you press the meat. Love it that it’s not too messy, most grease drips to the cup.

I love this Panini Maker. I'm a sandwich fanatic so I'm always creating new ones and this just makes those hot ones so much more satisfying. I did have an issue with the one I purchased initially but was able to get it rectified immediately by the seller. It's also versatile as I have used it to grill burgers and even small cuts of steak. The smoke level is minimal and it beats up pretty quickly for immediate use.

The media could not be loaded. We make a lot of sandwiches in our houselhold, so we decided to get a panini maker to stop using the airfryer or a pan on the stove to warm up the sandwich, and this one has been a game changer.I like how you can graduate how dark or light you which to toast the bread. My wife likes her sandwich dark toast and i like it light, so with this panini maker we can get both grades with no issue.It feels very well made, when it comes to material and finish. Very compact size, fits perfectly with our small kitchen. We store it right above the airfryer, to keep it at hand close to the counter for the morning rush.

I never write reviews. But because it's about my favorite panine maker here it goes... I can't live without this specific panini maker, it's just the Best one out there. So easy to clean, it heats even, it looks great in my kitchen, it makes my sandwiches taste and look fantastic. Every time I have a friend over, and I make a grilled panini they just fall in love and I always recommend this panini maker. Don't think twice, buy it. My very first one run out 2 years after I purchased, and I researched about another brands until I realized that this is the BEST ONE out there. Just buy an extra warranty, because let me tell you this: their costumer service is even AMAZING 👏👏. that's why i'm here writing this review as well. They replied my email, and fixed my problem so fast that I was impressed. I sent them an email on a SUNDAY at 9:31pm and they answer me and fixed my problem without a question at the SAME DAY at 10:02pm😍. For me, that it's amazing. This panini maker helps me have a better everyday life with my family routine. I'm even thinking about taking it with me on vacation. Thanks👏🙌😋🥪

I am extremely pleased with the immediate professionalism and consideration with which my issue was resolved.Due to this resolution I am 😊 happy to recommend this compny!I thought I was purchasing a new product. When received it was evident this was a returned product and reshipped as new.I found food on the grill plates, fortunately I was able to clean the plates so that it can be used. I am not returning it however I feel cheated on the cost.
