I used to buy them at the drug store, but these are more convenient to purchase and cheaper. The pills have never stuck together in the bottle and are very small, so easy to swallow.These are a fairly large dose, so check with your doctor on what you need to take. I have not had any side effects with these, and I take one every morning, often without food.

The bottle contains 180 softgels, at 5000 IU per softgels, and at one softgel per day the bottle will last me about 6 months.The only thing I debated was whether to get a V-D3/V-K combination, but I decided I get enough V-K in my diet so I had no need to worry about calcium buildup. I've been taking a V-D3 supplement for decades without any sign of calcium buildup, so I am confident that this choice will meet my needs.And, easy to swallow, quality ingredients, no side effects, and the softgels don't clump together inside the bottle.Two thumbs up.
