I purchased necklace April of 2023 and while taking it off it broke October 2023. See picture. I did not tug on it and I did not get it caught on anything during the 6 months I owned it. I foolishly did not buy the protection plan at time of purchase. When I reached out to the company it was not covered since It was outside of the 30 day return window and no purchased protection plan. Regardless this piece of jewelry should not have come apart as it did. They offered no assistance to make it right. I am out my money. Also on a side note I have long hair and my hair kept getting caught in the chain which was cumbersome. I really wasn’t happy with it to begin with. Don’t waste your money, this chain is not well made and your hair gets tangled in it. I hope this is helpful.

So shiny. Stunning without any charms. in love. Best one I purchased from Bolo. All the others are cheap looking and way too thin** update took a couple of showers and it’s lost its shine. Sadly returning
