I was a faithful user of glucosamine and chondroitan but I quit after I had my knee replacements. My nurse practitioner suggested going back on one of these supplements and in comparing them I decided to go with my flex. I’m not sure that I’ve seen a huge improvement, but I am going to continue using it because of her encouragement.

I'm 73 and I would give them a five, but I'm not sure they're the source of my improvement. I began taking them several year ago due to some neck issues because I was convinced neck surgery was in my future. But over time my neck stopped cracking every time I turned it, and my range of motion is better. Was it the Tri-flex? I'm not sure, but I still take them.

I don't usually write reviews, but as I order my second bottle, I wanted to offer my evaluation in hopes it'll help somebody else. I was disappointed that Osteo Bi-Flex stopped selling the large gel capsules, but I was desperate. I have real issues with swallowing coated tablets this large. However, I trusted the effectiveness of the gel capsules on my right knee years ago, and decided to give these a try.At the end of January, I began experiencing mysterious, extreme pain in my left rotator cuff. It was not due to any physical exertion or accident whatsoever. I chalked it up to old age. The pain was so intense I had to alter the way I showered and combed my hair. If I accidentally stubbed my toe or bumped into furniture, it would send an aftershock through my body and jar my shoulder. The pain was so bad I'd have to just relax my shoulder and ride it out. I was recovering from a heart ablation in December, and really didn't want to have to deal with any more procedures so soon in the new year. I had a friend to go through rotator cuff surgery before the pandemic, and she's still suffering from a botched job.After contacting the company and receiving the swift reply that they had other similar products, I ordered these, along with a shoulder brace. I began taking the tablets at the end of February, as prescribed, not missing a dose. I even learned to get used to swallowing them! Today, at the end of July 2021, I can happily report mobility is back at 100%. I still have no idea what caused the pain, but I know at 64 years of age, I don't want to be without my Osteo Bi-Flex.

Quitan el dolor a los 7 días. Si es un dolor crónico no disminuye por completo pero mejora por mucho la calidad de los movimientos. Importante ser constante al tomarlas
