One of these and 15mg melatonin. Good night sleep. But!!! Fair warning!!!! Do not take 1.5 or more, thinking that you'll sleep more. Nope!! My hubby, doing that rebounds on him and he can't sleep. Me, doing that gives me insane leg cramps. But a single tablet, plus melatonin? Nite nite!!
