Super NASTY tasteBut SUPER HUMAN POWER!This stuff taste like a mouth full of cayenne pepper no strawberry watermelon flavor at allBut when it was 9pm and I already worked out 1hr and 30 mins, I was able to add on another 1hour of intense workout!Best part is after the workout, no soreness. It felt like I didn’t even do anything and I could’ve gone more but I knew I had to stop.This stuff is dangerously strong.Minor itchiness but if you sweat a lot like me it the itchiness goes away quickly.I’d say build up to this level of pre workout because there is A LOT of caffeine.I started out with regular C4 then went to Beyond Raw Lit and now this one. So it was a gradual increase in caffeine overtime. I can’t imagine someone who never workout before to just use this suddenly. Even me who’s been working out for 4 months now, this was a shock to my system. Take maybe half a scoop and work your way up. This is the best pre-workout I’ve ever had!

I was hesitant on purchasing this because I’m not a fan of the skin tingles pre-workout tends to give but gave it a shot anyway. I can’t speak highly enough of this one though. Granted, it’s only been 4 days of using it, but my god- are you kidding me?! I feel so strong during my workouts and don’t feel like I need to give up half way through. Which, for me is huge. I get a motivation boost for one day to workout to lose weight and the next I’ve already given up.It does give the skin tingles, but not nearly as bad as ones I’ve had before- definitely tolerable.It’s does have a little spice, but it’s just the typical ginger root kick, so absolutely nothing crazy. A little lips and throat burn, but it fades super quick.Metabolism boost? You bet. It gets your gut moving for sure but for someone who struggles with gut health in general, it’s been fantastic to not feel or look bloated.And lastly, it’s an incredible hunger suppressant. I have an alarm set on my phone to remind me to eat something after my workout or I could very well make it to dinner time without feeling hungry or nauseous because I haven’t eaten.TLDR;If you’re looking for something to keep you motivated while you lose weight and gain muscle, honestly, this is it. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

I've been using C4 pre-workout recently, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. A lot of people seem to complain about the "spiciness," but honestly, I like it! Its mild in my opinion but it's a unique kick that sets it apart, and it adds to the experience for me.The slight tingling sensation is there, as advertised, but it’s nothing overwhelming—if anything, it feels like a signal that it’s working. What really stands out is how effective it is. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a significant boost in my performance. I’m able to lift heavier, push harder, and last longer during workouts. It helps me stay aggressive and focused, which has been a game-changer for my training sessions. If anything the only downside is the amount of servings. I wish it would have at least 30 servings given the price.Overall, this product has exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a pre-workout that delivers results, C4 Ultimate Shred is worth a try. Five stars from me.

I love this stuff and have taken it many years . But I must warn the misinformed about what some don’t mention.1. If you a coffee drinker my doc advised me to not have both of these at the same time. I would do coffee in the morning and in the evening this.. my heart would feel like it was beatboxing very fast. Everybody body is different but I cut out coffee and only do a half a cup of this2. As advised somewhere I think on the package don’t take too close to bedtime. Can have lasting effects on ya sleep cycle.3. Keep your sugar intake also to a minimum. This stuff already makes you sweat like crazy and have energy. Just be careful.4. Oh yes you will sweat. You will tingle. You will GO!5. Highly recommend not for just exercise but bone chicka wonnn wonnn time if you lacking some energy or just want to have lots of it. My opinion tho lol6. I recommend stretching before this stuff kicks in because you will be so full of energy you might want to skip it or not focus on your breathing and stretching.7. My doc said this is equivalent to six cups of coffee and idk how if he was trying to scare me or not.8. Please check with your doc about it. People like me with depression and anxiety can be tricky. Other mental health issues too cause ya mind can race along with your heart beat.9. There is a slight crash if you take it every day then go days without it. Similar to a caffeine withdrawal.10. Don’t mix no mental meds with it11. Ask your doc12.ask your doc please*this is just my personal experiences and review
