We needed a raclette oven and I am glad we ordered the Artesia for 10 trays. It was easy to set up, hot enough, stylish and cleaning was no different than what I have been used to for some 40 years of using raclette ovens in the US and in Europe. 30 years ago nobody in the US seemed to know what a raclette oven was and it took us a couple of years to find one. Having raclette is such a great community meal event and we often had to juggle with a 6 tray oven. This is where the Artesia delivers. The hot plate above the oven is good, we haven't tried the stone. Having color codes on the trays is a good idea. Apart from that I wish the trays and the scrapers were a little less flimsy.

I had many "raclette" dinners back in France and was always found of it. Because I did not have a great set, I kind of forgot about it. Suddenly I woke up and saw this set on Bolo. I(t is complete! 10 paddles allow big eaters to run two paddle at a time :) The set also have a stone that let you cook and share "pierrade". You grill small and thin pieces of veggies and meat on it. Easy adjusted, hot well enough to achieve grilling meats. Many parties will follow! I strongly recommend this set. Though, it may be too big for small tables. Not an issue for us.

For his for father's day and luckily we had a cold snap so we could use it right away. Best in cold weather. Our large family enjoyed it with cheeses and potatoes and steak. Each kid could cook the steak to the desired level of doneness on the stone. We also did pineapple for dessert. Memorable meal and low prep. Clean up not bad at all.

This product does not get hot enough to get a nice hard sear or grill marks on food. However ill give it 4 stars because each separate piece of this item I use for other things. The quality is good enough. Also I knew the voltage before purchasing so it was my mistake. I now use the marble stone as a cheese board and use the interchangeable grill plate/griddle on my stove and it actually does work that way. As for the heating element/base... it has now become another item in my attic that collects dust. Maybe someday I will be able to use it for something. However at the moment it remains another item in my ugly, yet ever growing, unused impulse buy collection piled high in the attic.

Awesome fun dinner that everyone will enjoy. Unit works great. Fit and finish are above average. Only complaint is I wish it heater to a higher temp but has cooked anything we have tried to cook on it.Forsure worth the money even if only used once. Your family will have gotten more value amd fun than what you'll pay! Go for it, pull the trigger, buy the thing, make family dinner phone free, interactive and fun!

Nice table grill with sufficient power. The stone plate is very heavy. Only small downside, the stone has discolored slightly after first usage.

We love our raclette grill! The granite stone cooks great and is very easy to clean. Every dinner we have had, at least one person has purchased their own raclette grill because they enjoyed it so much. The food cooks great and the conversation is awesome while we all enjoy great food. Only your imagination limits how you can use this grill. We totally recommend it for a nice social evening of food and fellowship, whether you are two people or a group of people! Oh and the customer service with this company is excellent!!! We had a small issue and it was taken care of, above and beyond what we had hoped!

I purchased this product because of my dining experience some time ago, and then within the last year a friend reintroduced this item to me. I love the way it mixes entertainment and stimulates conversation. However, the size stating 10 people appear to be a misrepresentation unless the 10 people are going to be taking turns. The grill is too small to house all 10 people at the same time at the table to take part in the cooking process. I would say no more than 4 cooking at the same time. I would give it a 4 or 5 star had it able to handle 10 guest. Great unit just not as long or wide as one would expect to house 10 people.
