Have used this product for years. Usually I buy it at W.M. This time my wife bought it off Bolo. Arrived ok, but the direction to 'turn the pump nozzle' was a big fail. It will not operate and is stuck in place. We know how to do it since I've purchased this product many times in the past. Since she will be using hers more than I use mine, I switched the pump on my old bottle so she wouldn't be frustrated. for me to use mine now, I will have to unscrew the pump, slather some on from the plastic tube (which I then had to cut to fit my bottle).They need a better pump, one that actually works.

This, combined with CeraVe SA body wash has cleared up the skin on the back of my legs! This is after one week of use. Be very careful about going in the sun while using the lotion, even if you use sunscreen.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I do think it has helped my dry skin. However, I thought I was going crazy because I kept smelling ammonia. I even made an appointment with my doctor. Well...I just put some of the lotion on and notice that the smell was on my hands and arms. I had my husband smell as well - still thinking I am crazy. He smelled it too. I washed my hands and the smell went away!!! Of course, I decided to Google the main ingredient - ammonium lactate. Research confirms that it can indeed smell like ammonia! Supposedly it can have a light ammonia smell, but is pretty strong on me. At least I'm not crazy or having major health issues. Thank goodness!!

I’ve had little red bumps on the back of both of my arms for over a year. Nothing worked. I started using this lotion about three days ago and my arms are already almost completely clear.
