If you love imported chocolates these are made with Valencia oranges and they are pretty darn good. I get these as a special treat for my husband and sometimes eat a piece of two myself. They come in a nice little plastic container which keeps the chocolate and oranges fresh. I've tasted quite a few chocolate covered orange varieties and normally it is just the orange peel. These seem to be a whole slice of orange which is better! So if you love chocolate and oranges this combination is delicious! I keep getting them and hiding them away, the surprising my husband with yet another box! These would make amazing stocking stuffers for Christmas too. I've ordered these before, and they are delicious. Unfortunately, the shipment I received, while wonderfully quick, were dried out and cracking, somewhat.I know that chocolate will occasionally have a bit of "bloom" on it (that bit of light color you may see due to some separation within the cocoa fats, or some such thing), but these were rather chalk-y looking and the chocolate coating was cracking due to dryness.Perhaps they were exposed to heat somewhere, or were hanging out on the Bolo warehouse too long, IDK.I'm a bit sad because, when they're fresh, they're yummy. I will purchase these again, but it will most likely not be online.PS: 2 thumbs up, though, for rapid delivery.

These may be a little pricey but if you want to indulge in a true orange covered dark chocolate these are worth it. I usually by a quarter pound of very similar ones once a year from a hand made confection shop but they are over 25.00 a pound. These are just as good and I don't have to wait to purchase them. I hope they keep making them because I will keep buying them.
