First, let me completely frank. These are not high-end cigar cutters. If that is what you are expecting you will be sorely disappointed. In reality, these cutters are a couple steps up from the inexpensive plastic cutters you can get for a dollar or two at any cigar shop and most gas stations.Now that I have set your expectations, let me tell you that these cutters are an incredible deal for the price. They are all metal construction, have a bit of weight to them, and are sufficiently sharp for what they are. I would recommend these cutters over the cheap plastic ones as I suspect the all metal contruction will be more durable and last a lot longer.I have purchased several of these so I can keep one in all the right places. I have a fancy, expensive high-end cutter with my humidor, but I often need a cutter elsewhere and do not want to carry my fancy expensive cutter everywhere I go. To that end, I have one of these in my car, in my boat, in my tacklebox, in my hunting vest, in my garage, in my shed, on my back deck, in the saddlebags on my motorcycle, etc. Basically, I have one of these everywhere I could possibly need a cutter but might also lose the cutter. If I lose one of these I would not be worried, they are easily replaceable; yet they work very well.It is a nice thing to have a fancy cutter by your humidor for those occasions when you are near your humidor, but for all other occasions these are wonderful. I highly recommend you pick up a few packs of these and keep them where you need them.

These make a nice, clean cut with no hangers. They are solid stainless steel so they will last. I have only gone through the first one (four months in) and expect the latter two to last another few years. The edges are a little rough but not uncomfortably so as to detract from their use. Recommended.

I don’t care for the quality of these. It is a little clunky and I don’t like the way it cuts the cigar. However it is a good value and they do work. But they are too small for a large gauge cigar.

Solid cutter. Nice heft to it. Very sharp. Action, as others have noted, seems a bit more free than plastics ones I used previous. Not sure that will be a problem, though. Three cutters for this price was a very good deal - makes them almost disposable. Though they sure don't feel that way. If these hold up over frequent use, I will be very pleased.March 2019 update: Have had these for almost one year of fairly heavy use. And am upping my rating to 5 stars. Solid clean cuts every time. I prefer to use these for ring sizes under 50. I use a punch cutter for Churchills and such. Make no mistake though, this is a great cutter and much better than those plastic ones. Feels solid and secure in your hand when making a cut. Gave one to my BIL and he loves it. At this price, being generous is easy.
