I was very excited that this brand did not have a terrible odor like the first brand I purchased first on Bolo. I am able to easily digest this powder and there was no way I could tolerated the first brand so I was extremely happy about this.I have Hashimoto and half the literature says Acetyl L Carnitine is excellent for relieving Hashimoto brain fog and fatigue and the other half the researchers say just the opposite that this will make the condition worse. I decided to bite the bullet and just try this in small amount 250 mg per day and I am feeling 100% more alive and energetic. Granted I have only taken this 10 days and I have also added other supplements at the same time.Isabella the Thyroid Pharmacist recommended this product for thyroid fatigue. The medical community is not in agreement on this product for Hashimoto/Hypothyroidism so just give it a try and and thats the only way to know. The customer service is excellent with this company and I am also using another one of their products. I prefer powder supplement vs pills that purisure offers as does not have questionable ingredients.

I use this brand for my supplement needs. I trust their quality and their pricing is the best. Yes, some of the products are bitter, but put it in a flavored drink or make capsules with it and you're good to go. Customer service is excellent and I will continue to purchase products from them.

I've ordered several brands of ALCAR before and have never had one come with hard "rocks" of powder clumped up. I literally had to put the bag in a garbage back and use a hammer to break up the clumps enough to measure out doses. I'm guessing moisture had gotten into the bag at some point?However, I gave it 4 stars because of what is obviously most important: effectiveness of product. ALCAR is one of those supplements with very noticeable effects for me and I can tell when a brand is bunk because I stop feeling the benefits. This product definitely works and is good value for the money! I just mix it in a water bottle because I actually love the taste of ALCAR, but if you put a little Mio in it it tastes like a Jolly Rancher!

I've been taking ALCAR as a pill for several years now and recently moved to the powder so I could better adjust my consumption based on needs. I use ALCAR along with a couple other supplements to create a bit of an energy boost and improve creative thinking while I write.I've been using the product for over a month and am so far pleased. The powder dilutes well in coffee and water though it takes a little mixing. At first you may see some clumping, but just stir and after a few seconds the powder dissolves well. Now, there is a sour flavor to it, though in the recommended doses you probably won't even notice when you drink it down. Though, it will be evident when you open the pack.One thing I would recommend to the producer is to either include or make available a 1/8 tsp. scoop which is the approximate serving size. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a gram scale to weigh out your servings. What I tend to do is put a 1/4 tsp into my 4-cup coffee maker along with the other powdered supplements for my "coffee boost".

I get this and Alpha Lipoic Acid in bulk to mix together and capsule myself. It gives me a great brain-boost. Perfect when you need to study, or have a thought-intensive project to work on. Looks like every other ALCAR I've bought, and has the same effect on me, so quality seems to be fine.

This product has helped me great results when adding it to my fitness regimen. It does have a strong taste but it's tolerable. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to boost their fitness journey.

Jittery feeling. Not calm energy. If they offer a free gift, don't count on it. Several attempts were made to obtain instructions, as there's nothing on their website concerning this. They either gave sketchy information or didn't return calls. Not the way to keep a customer.
