These are cut so smooth and clean that you'd think Jeep made them as an OEM offering. Laser cut to perfection. Wiped them down with Acetone then used a wire wheel on my grinder to scuff all surfaces, sprayed an acid etch primer and they're getting raptor lined next. They look awesome. I'm gonna have to coat the screw heads though since nothing I have on my XJ is silver, but I've had to do that with a few other fasteners too.These are an absolute steal, and every XJ should be running them.Thanks!

If I knew then what I know now.I’d have not purchased this.Hardware is missing all but 8 rib nuts.Need about 30 or more.Returned it. Found some aluminum facia left from when I built my garage and bent it with a home made bender and installed with double sticky back tape/2 self tapping screws(top of each end. Covered up the rust and it looks fine.$20.00 worth of facia is all you’ll need.A YouTube video needs to be made.

Upon delivery, the the front door armor had huge scratches running through the middle of both sides (.002-.004") which I ended up filling with paint and bed liner. The "front" bolt holes on the doors are weird. It depends but, once you drill through the door, you don't have enough room to fit a rivnut or a nut on the backside, because the door hinge is in the way (you can see the hole I'm talking about in the picture). I ended up cutting the bolt in half and just siliconed it in there to complete the look. Also some cutting and grinding on the front door armor to get a good fit without it rubbing between body lines. Could use another hole on the bottom of the front panel armor to make the rocker flush with it. Not as easy as it looks to install, but all said and done, it looks awesome.

These are awesome but I could only give them a 4 star because some of the bolt holes are right in line with the door Hinges, they clearly know from their reviews so maybe they should change that. Also, I had to grind the front edges of the front door ones so they would clear the Front fender. All Cherokee's are the same so it definitely needs changed to save future consumers. Overall, bad ass. They will get powder coated along with my fender flair plates.Also, need to add the Rear allowing you to choose what option of fit, had to purchase that separately. Those came powder coated.

Excellent and perfect fit. No instructions but if youre ordering this it is very likely you dont need instructions. The only issue I found was one of the bolt holes is in the same location as the hinge to the doors. I used a big punch chisel to make room for the nut and ground off 1/4 inch of the bolt.

The front and back holes are inline with the hinges I have set on my other jeep from another company and did not have this issues

I have to cut all to make it fit on my 2001 XJ, it come with just oil as a protection, you have to wash it clean it and sand it to take out the oil and the rust before paint it.
