I loved this non-stick pan. The surface really prevents food from sticking, even without using a lot of oil. It is very easy to clean, with just passing a sponge it is like new. The material feels resistant and of good quality, distributes heat well and cooks food evenly.

After retiring at age 61 I took up cooking. I am 83 now. I have tried a variety of pans during the time span. I bought this set just a few days ago and have use on or more of them making daily meals. Last night I used all three in making dinner. I can say that these pans are fabulous. They heat evenly across the entire bottoms and they stay flat unlike thinner bottomed pans. They are sturdy but not heavy. The titanium surface eliminates sticking, and cleans up easily. the 8, 10, 12 inch sizes really are excellent options for cooking almost anything one would cook on a stovetop. Great product at a great price.Aug 16, 2025 update: I have been using these pans for 3 months now, and I just added another to my kitchen. During those months I have found another attribute of the pans They are remarkably easy to clean. I hav sound that even when you cook a food that leaves baked on residue when cooke the a wet sponge and light rubbing cleans them right up. Amazingly good product.

I am a senior and this is the best pan I have ever owned by far. The construction feels heavy duty and handles are securely mounted. The pan is very conductive and requires a lower heat setting than older nonstick pans I have used. Cooks evenly across the entire surface and very nonstick - I have actually used with no oil or butter, and cleanup is amazingly fast. After more than 6 months of use it shows now signs of wear. This has become my "go to" pan that I now use almost on a daily basis for just about anything. While obviously this is not the lowest cost pan available for its size you get what you pay for and this one is quality. Someday I hope to own an entire matching set of this style.

These are excellent non-stick pans. They have a heavy feel and do a good job of spreading the heat evenly with no hot spots. The red heat indicator is very helpful in letting you know when the pans are properly pre-heated. They are not totally PFAS-free, but unless they are scratched or burned the amount of PFAS exposure will be extremely low. The non-stick coating is tougher than most pans so if you don't abuse the pans they are very safe. When it is time to throw them out be sure you do so responsibly to help minimize the risk to the environment.

Does this pan need another review? Well, probably not, but a few thoughts on how it compares to far more expensive non-stick pans.A pan of this size (10 inch) is my regular go-to pan 3 to 4 times a week. In the last 12-15 years or so, I have worn out the non-stick properties of the following (all sauté pans of approximately the same size): an early version Emirlware (made by Calphalon), a Calphalon, a Swiss Diamond and a Scanpan. These pans were all relatively expensive, made in either Europe or the U.S., except for the Emrilware, which was made in Korea. They were (are) all excellent pans, Over time, however, each became less and less non-stick. (Also, along the way, I bought one of the those "green pan" things, but the non-stick on it didn't last six months, and from the start, it really wasn't that non-stick)UPDATE 3/31/2017It's almost a year later, and I am still using the T-fal The nonstick is holding up surprisingly well; not quite as slick as a year ago, but still works fine. I don't baby this thing either. I am a fan of America's Test Kitchen and if you watch the show you will notice they frequently preheat these pans to fairly high temperatures , something that T-fal actually tells you not to. Following ATK's lead I preheat mine also, and while I am sure it doesn't do it any good, it certainly has not destroyed it. I will mention again, I have no complaints about the other non-stick pans i have had in the past (other than to say the "green pan" really wasn't very non-stick) but I have concluded there is no any reason to spend the extra money. I am not a shill for Scanpan by the way, just reporting my personal real world experience.Based on the "Cooks Country" recommendation I decided to try this pan, It is a surprisingly hefty pan. It is not a true sauté pan, but deep enough. I thought I would be giving up some performance because of the price. To my surprise, it performs just as well as the other pans which cost 5 to 10 time more. I don't know how long the non-stick will last, but even if it lasts half as long as the others, it will be much more cost effective to use and replace than the others.Non-stick pans are obviously not the right choice for every use, but used as an "everyday" pan I have concluded, as apparently as have many others, that non-stick pans are temporary. (Not here to take issue with the non-stick qualities of well seasoned cast iron, but for all of its virtues, cast iron has its own disadvantages.) By the way, I cook on a gas stove, I don't know how this pan will perform on other heat sources.Update 12/08/2018Still using this pan as my everyday pan. The non-stick is still effective to some extent, but not of course as effective as when new. For sauté, most fried foods that use a little oil or butter, still working fine. Not so good for fired eggs, but i have a small dedicated non-stick I use only for eggs. After two and one/half years of use on an average of 3 times a week or more, I can say that I have been as happy with this pan as any of the far more expensive pans I have used in the past. I will probably replace it sometime in the next year with another just like it to get back to the full non-stick properties it had when new, but for most uses I really don’t need to.As long as they make this pan, (and don’t change it!) and sell it at this price point, this is the one I am going to continue to buy and replace every few years.Update. 12/08/2018In my 2017 update I referred to the this pan (the T-fal) as a Scanpan. I have tried to (unsecessfully) correct did the review. I hope it is clear in context that I was referring to the T-fal.

I did not understand how great it would be. I no longer use other fry pans. This is the best I have ever used. I use plastic utensils, and the non-stick factor never changes. nothing sticks! Get the lid if you buy the pan.

Slick Fry Pans...
Followed the instructions to clean and wipe with cooking oil before first use. Then not to put water in the fry pans until cool and not to use harsh detergents when washing, such as Dawn Powerwash.These are really non-stick. The silicon handles are great and the way the edges are curved makes it easy to do the pro chef "food flip".The price was very reasonable. To be determined is how durable and long lasting they are, but right now, very pleased with the purchase.

Great non stick pan!
Bought this mainly for making pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches. I can make 4-4” pancakes and easily flip them over…with NO sticking! Grilled cheese sandwiches also do not stick and are easy to flip due to the almost non existent pan sides. I do make eggs over easy and it is so much easier to flip them than in a regular fry pan. Over all, it’s a great pan and clean up is easy with a bit of soap on your sponge and water. Love this pan!
