Packaged very simply...2 cans, a pair of black disposable gloves, and the brush thing in its own plastic wrapper. Only thing it didn't come with was instructions, but between YouTube videos, the owner's manual, and common sense available, it wasn't a huge bummer or anything.The cleaner works super well. Sprayed it on the chain and on the brush....and then brushed my motorcycle's "teeth." Very straightforward and effective. After brushing, I wiped the chain with a rag and.... behold!...shiny clean chain!I don't have a lift or anything like that for my motorcycle, so I just cleaned a section, then moved the bike forward to expose more dirty chain, cleaned more chain, and so on. After wiping away the crud the cleaner cleaned off, I let it sit and dry a bit, then went to spraying the lube on it. The lube appears to be, um, very lubey. It sprays on and looks wet, so I can only assume it is doing its thing. When all was done, I took it for a ride and it was very smooth. After the ride I checked out the chain again, and it still looks shiny and lubed, so not having any more expectations than that, I was happy.The cans have pre attached spray straw things on them, and the huge, can't miss it, "button" on top that you press to spray it is very ergonomic. The brush itself is sturdy and ergonomic in its own way as well. It tackles both sides of the chain and the center of the chain....at the same time! Very nice. They should really make a smaller tooth brush just like it for people.Overall, I was a bit timid before I began the process, as I had never cleaned and lubed a motorcycle chain before, but felt ultra confident soon after the first section of chain I sprayed the cleaner on, seeing the quick shiny results, and then it became kinda fun.The short of it all: Happy with this purchase. I give this kit 3 thumbs up, out of 3 thumbs, even though I only have 2 actual thumbs. That's how good it is.That's all. Have a great day!
