I buy Bob's Red Mill Extra Thick Oats in bulk because they are high quality oats and the price point through Bolo is much better than the grocery store. Oats have become a healthy staple in our house because these oats are delicious. Unlike other oats I have purchased, Bob's Red Mill Extra Thick Oats are not powdery, they are robust and make great cookies, crumbles and porridge. Great for overnight oats too! 美味しいけど麦感が強い
水を入れて、レンチンで米化して食べてます。水を入れてすぐだと、全然モチモチしてません。麦とお湯です。水を入れてしばらく吸わせる必要があります。凄く麦感が強いです。そんなに米っぽくはなりません。食べごたえはあります。一番美味しかったオートミールは高いので(笑)、まぁまぁ美味しくてお得なコチラを買ってます。3袋目です。
Easy oats for breakfast in 5 minutes
Simple to make! Simply heat up some water in your kettle and pour on the oats. I like to add fresh fruits and cinnamon. Occasionally, I'll add some maple syrup too. Makes for a very filling, all-around nutritious breakfast. My boys love this too, but with peanut butter. :)

コメ化して食べました。ライスの代わりにカレーをかけたり、卵かけご飯にしたり。味は問題なく美味しいです。ただ、業務スーパーの激安製品と比べて感動するくらいの違いは感じられなかったので、セールで激安になってる時に買おうかな、という感じです。
噛みごたえ抜群で美味しいが、ちょっと割高かな
半年前くらいからオートミールを始めてみて、いろいろ食べてみたところロールドオーツの食感が好きなので最近はもっぱらこれが朝ご飯。近所のスーパーで売ってるケロッグの「オートミールごはん」や日食の「トラディショナルオートミール」あたりが好みです。ケロッグが１００ｇあたり１００円を超えるくらいで、日食が１００円を少し下回るくらいのようです。Boloの大容量パックの価格なので、スーパーなどの３００ｇ前後のパックはそれぞれもうちょっと割高かも。（２０２４年５月現在）個人の感覚ですがケロッグは粒揃いがよく、わりかし食感が良い気がしてます。それらに対して、こちらのボブズレッドミルは極厚"Extra thick"の名に恥じないしっかりした食感があって食べごたえ、噛みごたえがすばらしい。気持ち、腹持ちも良いような。ただ、Boloで１００ｇあたり１７０円ほどなので、国内メーカーの商品に比べると少し割高感が否めないかな。とはいえ１食３０ｇでも５１円なので常食でもアリかな。ただ、極厚なせいか火の入り方はちょっと時間がかかるので、ケロッグや日食だと８００Wのレンジ１分で十分だったものが、１分半～２分くらいは欲しい感じですが、あまり気にするほどでもないのかな。
