I had hot flashes several times a day for about 6 months and then they suddenly stopped. I was hot flash-free for about 3 months and they came back with a vengeance. I have been absolutely SUFFERING from hot flashes for the last 3 months - about 12 times/day and night. I started this product a couple of weeks ago, and to my surprise, the hot flashes have reduced in number and intensity - I'm down to about 2 per day and they're manageable. No relief yet from fatigue and still haven't dropped any weight, but I'll take this as a win.

Amazing! I was having terrible cravings, low energy, and trouble sleeping. I started taking this and almost instantly the cravings went away, I am eating healthy again. Sleep is much better and energy levels are fantastic! I never leave reviews, but I have seriously recommended this product to everyone!

Update: seller contacted me and offered a refund. 5 stars for customer service!Two stars just for being Thorne. I trust their products. This one however made hot flashes and night sweats much much worse. Had to stop taking it. Waste of money for me.

I love this product, I’ve been taking it for about 7 months and have never felt better. I’m 51 and have tried HRT and other supplements like Happy Mammoth, which all had side effects I don’t like. Nothing compares to a meta Balance.

I have been taking this for about 16 months. Until the most recent bottle, it was fine; it got rid of my hot flashes. The day before yesterday (Saturday evening) I started a new bottle. I took one capsule at midnight, and another capsule at around 10 a.m. on Sunday. Sunday evening all of the skin on the roof of my mouth peeled off, and I have since been feeling sick and slightly nauseated. I can't prove of course that it is due to this product, however, I didn't eat anything unusual or take any different supplements (I take kyolic, magnesium, potassium and taurine, and have for a while). I feel bad posting this warning on the chance that the problem was caused by something else, but it does seem very possible that it was this stuff.

I love the brand. I have not seen any difference in my hot flashes unfortunately. I was recommended to try this by a NP. I wish I could say it helped.
