I have not had a chance to put the Flex Edge Beater to work yet. However, I am quite impressed with the flexible edges. They are strong but have sufficient flexibility to scrape the edges well enough that I will not have to do it by hand.

I bought this for my brand new 5qt kitchen aid for my holiday baking a few months ago. It was a game changer in the ability to scrape the sides of the bowl. It has held up great now through the holiday baking and more recent baking. it does not appear cheap and is high quality. Very easy to install. I would highly suggest for the bakers!

My husband uses the KitchenAid for making cookies frequently. This works well for scraping down the excess dough from the sides of the mixer bowl.

This one is a perfect fit and will presumably be more resilient given the frame is entirely made of metal. A little squeaky at first (the silicon against the glass bowl) but quiets right down the minute you add something to the bowl. Glad I got it.

I do a lot of baking and this attachment has been on my list for a while. Does a great job scraping down the sides of the bowl as it rotates.

Worked well and very happy with it. Just be forewarned, of your ingredients are dry, it squeaks, a lot... lol
Did exactly what was needed
I have been eying this for a long time. I love my stand mixer but the paddle just doesn't cut it and i end up having to stop the machine and scrape down the bowl constantly. I've only used this once and it is great because it combines well and i have also used it to fold in egg whites (on lower speed) without the need to constantly scrape the bowl. Definately a game changer.
