yummy but expensive. These really are tastier than those that you might find at the grocery checkout or in that aisle of last minute "Oh-I-Didn't-Know-I-Needed-This" items they make you walk through to get to the cashier. But they are expensive. So, I waited until Christmas when I bought a slew of Hammonds flavors and then gave them out as gifts. Made it more worth the shipping costs. And yes, we do have Prime, no shipping cost, but not with Hammonds stuff. And we still have some flavors left.

Didn't realize it shipped from Hammond's! Arrived well-packaged--it was clear that care went into the shipping. They even provided a handwritten note explaining the substitute items they provided.Quality hard candy--every flavor has been delightful!

I came across these in a gift shop on vacation and was so impressed with the flavor that I ordered more to give as gifts/rewards for a small group of students I work with. Average Root Beer Barrels aren't very exciting to 10 and 11 year olds with all the slimey/sour/rainbow candy options out there, but after one taste, they were begging me for more every day!

These are really yummy candies, and I would recommend them. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because personally I would prefer a stronger root beer flavor. The flavor they have is great, I just wish it were stronger.

I bought these because I couldn't get them a local boutique that stocks them for Christmas. When I compared prices for what I had paid versus getting the 4-pack of these, I was floored at how much more expensive these were.
