I bought this coffee grinder to make it easier for me to make my cat's food. I am able to grind, blend, and mix so many ingredients I use for his food including egg and water, baked egg shell, and freeze-dried beef liver.Using the product and cleaning it are both easy. The product is perfectly safe for anyone to use as there are no sharp edges.After multiple uses and extensive use, mine remains as functional as ever with no indication of motor burnout.The one drawback to it is that it is loud, about as loud as a power tool. But it usually only takes about 10 seconds, at most, to grind or blend whatever I put in it. Longer grinds can turn dry ingredients into powder and wet ingredients into foam or paste.

So far this nice coffee grinder works as expected. It is not too load and the mechanism does not sound "unhealthy" when grinding coffee beans. The grinder is in use every day since arrival. Good value for the money. The top is easy to clean, the bottom with the blades not so much. This requires a small and firm brush, then its fine too.

This works really well, is really fast to grind - seconds, uniformly grinds, isn't too noisy, has a see-through top so you can judge how much you want to grind. Use pulses by pushing on it more than once until you get it exactly the grind size that you want it. You are not supposed to run it for more than 30 seconds, which is probably more than you need any way.Now for the bad -You aren't supposed to grind oily items - nuts, seeds, that kind of thing. I used it for chia and flax seed and it worked great, except for this part -You WILL need a brush to clean the grounds off (which it doesn't come with). It grinds completely, but you WILL have grounds in the bowl beyond the blade that must be brushed off to clean it.You cannot "wash" this or put any of it in the dishwasher, you must carefully clean with something. Again, you probably want to use a brush. I don't see how a sponge, which is recommended, is going to fit well. You need something small to properly clean it. Looking on Bolo, the items that might work best for cleaning are JIANYI Kitchen Scrub Brush, Right Angle Scrub Brush or CairnCleaner Whiskey Tasting Glass Brush. Or maybe use a toothbrush or an eye shadow applicator, that kind of size. But the blade is sharp, so be careful.I would recommend this since, even though it isn't optimum, it seems to be equivalent or better than anything else I saw on Bolo for this purpose and has a good price.

Works great! Easy to use. The coffee smells so good. You grind 1/2 cup at a time, so it takes a little time to do, but worth it. I've been using it for quite some time now and it is holding up well. Need a paper towel under it because a small amount of the ground coffee does spill over from removing and replacing the lid during grinding. No big deal. Just a heads up.

I've been using this coffee grinder for the past 6 months every day and I have no complaints. It does what it's supposed to do. I only use it for grinding my coffee but it gets the job done quickly and quietly within seconds. Very happy with this and will continue to use it every day for hopefully a long time!

In addition, the seller requires the purchaser to pay the return postage charge to the USA!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Bolo - what are you thinking???!UPDATE: the kind people at Getty in the USA have taken pity on me and have very generously agreed to refund the purchase price without my having to return the grinder. This is a one-off kind gesture, as I'm the first and so far only Brit to have bought the grinder in the UK. So, full marks to Getty for outstanding customer service! Now, Bolo UK, please stop offering this product in the UK.
