How do you discern if a vitamin is doing you any good? I used to get sick a lot until I started taking Vitamin D3. I watched a video of a doctors seminar discussing D3. They said the government’s RDA was too low at 600 IU’s per day. Their research showed we needed more than that, that we could take up to 10,000 IU per day and it not be harmful. I have been taking 5,000 IU per day and seldom get sick. When I got the Covid virus my symptoms were mild. The recommendations I was given when I was tested for Covid was to take Vitamins D and C, Zinc and Melatonin, which I had already been taking those for months. I’ve read it’s important to take K along with D for absorbency. This product meets all the requirements. 125mcg converts to 5,000 IU. The capsules are easy to swallow. I recommend this product.

This is a first time buying these, and so far I like it. I like that there’s not many ingredients and it’s very simple. Pills are easy to swallow, no bad after taste or anything. I wanted to give these a try because I live in a cold climate and my skin really needs sun and especially vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 also helps with digestion (D3 & B12 are essential) and hormonal balance. I also like to supplement on vitamin K2 once in a while because when I am deficient on K2 I get bruises very easily all over my legs and this is the only vitamin that helps me with that. So I like that these 2 are together in 1 pill.I’ll see if there will be any improvement, so I might give you an update later. So far, I recommend this product. 😊👍🏽

If you want the benefits of apple cider vinegar but don't want to take the drink, I recommend trying this product out. It's also convenient if you travel since you can just pack pills along with you. It's not done miracle pill though and you still must watch what you eat and do the work at the gym.I like that you get 2 months of servings instead of 1 as well. Although, it's a tad weaker than its competitor's at only 500mg, you do get some ginger root for better digestion

This is a first time buying these, and so far I like it. I like that there’s not many ingredients and it’s very simple. Pills are easy to swallow, no bad after taste or anything. I wanted to give these a try because I live in a cold climate and my skin really needs sun and especially vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 also helps with digestion (D3 & B12 are essential) and hormonal balance.
