5.0 out of 5 stars Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray — Easy to Handle Bottle, Surprisingly Powerful Performance
The media could not be loaded. I initially grabbed this for dishes, but now it’s one of those “use it for everything” staples. It tackles greasy pans, carpet spots, and laundry stains, and I have even used it to clean a ton of sap off my car! It is powerful and it is fast! I especially love it for cleaning my fancy pans that don’t have a non-stick coating. You know the ones — they love to hang on to anything you cook, especially eggs and searing marks (fond that wasn’t deglazed?). A few sprays of this and that stubborn film wipes right off without the elbow grease. For super stuck on messes and stains you might want to let it sit for a couple minutes. And as you can see from my video, I literally use it to clean the kitchen sink.😉💦 FYI: This is a clear, thin liquid, not a thick liquid like regular Dawn dishwashing soap. (It does not need to be thick. It works very well.)💦 The bottle/container is designed for easy handling and is especially comfortable if you have arthritis, tennis elbow, wrist discomfort (some of my or my family’s ailments) because it is so easy to hold and operate.💦 The spray design is excellent for even coverage, no soaking, and no sink full of suds. It foams exactly where you aim and cuts through buildup like it has something to prove. The scent is fresh and noticeable (not “knock-you-over” strong), but if you’re deep-cleaning, crack a window just to keep the air moving.💦 And full disclosure — I once got a little too enthusiastic cleaning my toaster/smart oven and used so much that my air purifier’s gas/fume light kicked on. Lesson learned: this stuff means business, so you don’t need to drown anything in it.Bottom line:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Powerful, versatile, and surprisingly handy beyond the sink. It’s one of those rare products that earns a permanent spot under my sink — because it simply works. I use it so much that I purchased the multiple-refill bottle pack this time.Hope this helps someone else discover how much time and effort this little bottle can save. Compared to traditional dish liquids, this spray delivers serious grease-fighting power—stuck-on grime that would normally require scrubbing comes off after a quick spray and a short wait. My regular routine now? Spray, let it sit, wipe, rinse. No soaking, almost no elbow grease.The convenience factor stands out. Suds appear on contact, so you skip the water until the final rinse. This makes it handy for quick clean-ups, and the bottle has lasted surprisingly long in my kitchen. I even experimented with various messes: baked-on lasagna pans, oily woks, and even a stubborn coffee ring on the counter. The spray handled each well, sometimes needing an extra minute or a second pass for the worst offenders.

Good! One of my must have cleaning supplies. This Dawn Power spray is not limited to dishes. I use it in a quick pinch to clean counters, sinks, walls, toilets, bathtubs, whatever. Works especially nice on grubby tubs or shower stalls as it breaks down soaps and scum.But for dishes? For every day washing it is fine., though I will often just grab for regular liquid soap (also Dawn, of course!). For the baked on nasties, then I grab for this power spray. I like to spray it on directly, and not bother with adding water to it. If it is real bad, I may reapply and let sit even longer. I dont think it works as well if the pan is made wet then this is sprayed on, or if this is sprayed on then water is added. If I am going to add any water, it will be after the pan (or whatever) has had chance to sit with just this on it for a little bit. Basically, dont dilute if you dont have to.Totally gobbles up grease no problem.I buy a multi pack here or from a membership warehouse, but if need be I buy directly from the grocery store. But best price [er bottle is going to be with the 1st two options.I never ever bother with other brands of similar style (like Gain). Just doesnt work as well in my opinion. And I will never bother with a DIY dupe because it just wont work the same. May work in general, but if you want legit Dawn powder wash spray, then just buy it when it is on sale and stock up.I love how Dawn comes out with variuos seasonal scents, but overall I always come back to the basic "fresh scent".

This stuff is amazing!! My neighbor introduced me to this for a stain on my white carpet! And it actually got the stain out!It also works great in dishes!I purchased this for my mom who has very bad arthritis. She can now wash her dishes without having to scrub hard and causing herself pain.The product has a nice smell and the spray gets to those little nooks and crannies in dishes, especially coffee mug lids.

Ich habe mir dieses Spray vor allem zur Reinigung des Grillrostes meines Elektrogrills gekauft, da diese Marke im amerikanischen Internet oft für diesen Zweck empfohlen wurde.Diese Aufgabe erfüllt dieses Spray auch ganz ausgezeichnet! Aufsprühen, kurz einwirken lassen und abspülen. Der Rest des Schmutzes lässt sich dann leicht mit einem Papiertuch entfernen.Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist eigentlich nur der hohe Preis: Deutlich über fünf Euro pro Flasche sind schon eine Ansage. Sofern man dieses Spray aber nur für spezielle Anwendungen benötigt, finde ich den Preis aber noch vertretbar.
