This company was excellent to deal with. My card was declined because I forgot to transfer the money into my account and they contacted me by email and let me know so I could call them and pay for the test. I was so glad they took the time to do that. I thought they had fair prices and they did the test quickly and sent results to both parents of the paternity test. I highly recommend. Very professional, fast, and reliable.

False information. It didn't tell me that I was going to have to spend another $120 to get the results

The instructions was kind of difficult at first but, we got it figured out. Plus it don’t tell you there’s a 100$ fee for your results so that was a bummer

They had quick response times to my questions, but my results were over 2 weeks late and password protected. They didn’t give me a password😡. Other people may have had a better time, they told me to check all the email folders, it just wasn’t there, I checked multiple times daily.
