Most products either sting, clog, or make my skin angrier—but zinc oxide just soothes. It goes right on like plaster.It’s thick but not greasy, and it absorbs well. I use it right after bathing and throughout the day on problem spots. It helps dry up the weeping areas and keeps my skin barrier protected so it can actually heal.

[2025 review] I'm an elderly man who has been bedridden since 2010 and has no skin ulcers, bedsores, or other skin problems on my buttocks. Using a moisture barrier and protector is paramount in my skincare routine. CareAll Zinc Oxide 20% Skin Protectant Barrier Ointment has exclusively been my go-to moisture barrier since about 2021. I use a moderate amount of 20% zinc oxide for best results. I recommend this product as part of a well-managed criteria authorized by your healthcare professionals.

I didn't catch in the description that this is only 20% zinc oxide.What I had been using was 40%.This is ok for the money,but doesn't do as well for me as the higher zinc oxide products.It goes on smooth,but washes or wears off easily.
