I've always had a fairly irregular cycle. During my last visit to the doctor, he recommended taking this supplement, and I've really noticed a difference. For the first time in years, I've had regular cycles, and I owe that to this supplement. I've really felt an improvement; I really feel like it works. It's completely worth the investment. I do recommend taking it after a diagnosis from your doctor.

Lo compré principalmente para apoyar el tratamiento del SOP (síndrome de ovario poliquístico), y hasta ahora ha cumplido con mis expectativas.La presentación es práctica, el polvo se disuelve bien en agua o jugos, y no tiene sabor desagradable. Además, me gusta que venga en una fórmula balanceada con la proporción 40:1 de Myo a D-Chiro, como lo recomiendan varios estudios.

This is the first time my period has come on in 124 days. Thank you. I'll definitely be keeping this a part of my regimen. It has been a little under a month I've been taking it and honestly I have not been taking it as consistently as I probably should. I've been putting it in a bottle and drinking it throughout the day so I have my two dosages. I have experienced some light preview it really hasn't been to that just a some light cramping but outside of that I didn't have any side effects.

I've been having this supplement since January, after like a month of taking half the recommended dose I started noticing that I hasn't breaking out (I was regular on my period, stable on everything else, I was taking it for a boost to clear my skin definitely, and at that point I was still breaking out but like one or two at a time). 6 months on and when I don't take it i feel I break out jajaj idk if its just me or its totally true bc I have to add that I've been traveling a lot lately and it normally happens when I'm out of my routine. Also I do stay firm with exercise and increased the dosage to the recommended one bc Im on a plan w my dermatologist and for it to work I cant breakout. Maybe the first periods were a bit off and had cramps, but now I've been ok for a while.

Noticeable Results for Hormone Balance – Great Value!
I've been using this for a few weeks now, and I’ve already noticed a big difference in my mood, energy, and cycle regularity. I an a die hard Ovasitol user... however due to inflation and coat of living, I cannot purchase it.I have been diagnosed with pcos 5 years ago and have been a myo/d chiro inositol user for 3 years.Ovasiol is two scoops of the same formula so it will be interesting to see how 1 scoop will effect me.Till thenIt tastes about the same, slight sweetness, mixes well with water, coffee, milk... whatever.. add it to protein shakes... you won't notice it.Came well sealed! And packed..See how it goes in a month.
Got pregnant after two months
I got pregnant after two months of taking this supplement. I don’t have pcos except I do have higher androgensSide effects I seem to keep on weight more and more hair shedding. Completely opposite of what others have mentioned
It has no taste and is easy to take
