About this item:
The Innovo Deluxe Fingertip pulse oximeter shows your measured SpO2 and Pulse Rate on a high quality OLED screen (with six multidirectional display choices) and come with two critically acclaimed features, the Plethysmograph and Perfusion Index (PI), that will improve the reliability of the readings dramatically. Each wave corresponds to a heartbeat and the amplitude to the amount of blood detected in your blood vessels. When the height of the wave amplitude no longer fluctuates (as shown like the figure above), this means that the pulse oximeter is now optimized and you may now take the readings. Meanwhile, the PI conveniently informs you of the strength of your pulse. If the PI value is less than 0.2%, this means that your hands are too cold or improperly positioned in the pulse oximeter. Simply warm your finger and reposition it so that it is right under the LED lights. No more second guessing if the readings are reliable or why the pulse oximeter is not giving a reading. Using a vastly improved sensor, the Innovo deluxe pulse oximeter can also now correct for small movements, allowing more versatile usage. Comes with a lanyard and 2 AAA batteries so that you can use the pulse oximeter right out of the box. The oximeter might not work on kids or adults with small fingers. They gave directions to reset parameter which I had already checked and they were fine but it led to a resolution of the issue.The parameters were correct (90 and 100) I had already checked. I had someone else look at it and they found a way to reset the system so we changed the batteries and did a reset and it stopped blinking. Thank you your response encouraged me to look further than what I already had. I am thankful to them they are a stellar company.

Innovo Deluxe iP900 AP Fingertip Oximeter: I bought this oximeter to replace another (different brand) that I was dissatisfied with. I need to get a fast reading without having to pause exercising and keep still to get a pulse reading. As a senior with partial blockage in my heart, it is important to me to monitor my pulse rate while exercising. I'm happy to say this unit works great. The longest it took (ever) to give be a reading was approx. 10 seconds and usually is faster than that, even while I'm still moving. It's perfect for what I need and I highly recommend it. There are a ton of oximeters out there to choose from and I am glad to have found this one that works like I need it to. I highly recommend this oximeter.

I got this for my father who's 81 years old and was having some breathing issues and starting to panic when he was alone I got it for him to ease his mind so he would know how much oxygen he was getting and if he needed to call the hospital if his heart rate was acting erratic he has gotten a sense of comfort from this little machine that is worth a million bucks great product easy to use like I said he's 80 and he has no problem using it simple one button turn on put on the finger and Bam get your reading highly highly recommended

I had a home health nurse come in with hers, and it wouldn't register for her. I used mine, the Innova, and it read my levels quickly and easily. I have been very happy with my purchase, and it tracks my O2 levels and pulse rate with no issues at all. Well worth the purchase!
