Good bargain on sale
I normally only buy these in the fall when they go on sale, but I was craving them after seeing too many commercials. Thankfully, I discovered a great bargain on them and I was able to order two different packages for better prices than I could get at local stores. The boxes I received have good expiration dates, so they’ll last for months if I can leave them alone. I tried some frozen and they’re really good that way, too. Treats like this make good alternatives to Halloween candy, so I always try to find things I can eat myself if I don’t get many trick-or-treaters. And these are better than a bag of candy. I’m not crazy about the corn syrup, but they have some nutritional value. And they’re good hot or cold for a quick meal or snack. There’s no substitute for them when you get a craving for one.

I got this pop tart box on sale. Between my boyfriend & I we ate them all. Good popular flavors. They were fresh, not dry and well packaged so the didn't arrive broken. I like eating mine hot or cold. Mostly cold because sometimes there is not time. It's a good snack.

I started the lack of income diet due to health complications. Started off with nutrition deficiencies, with health complications related to the online diet. I purchased fruit. Then the next wave hit, problems with using the restroom, thus a high fiber diet. Starved. Kept the food costs low but went to bed hungry every night to the extent of not being able to sleep. Too much fiber can be just the same as too little fiber; turns out that the amount of calories too effects the out loading of human food processing. Adjusted.FIrstly these two are the perfect combo. When I was a child I didn't like the fruit pop tarts due to the tang in the middle. Eat one fruit then they all taste about the same. I favored the cinnamon for its mute taste without the hardships. I am an adult now studying our food in reflection of being a mom. What I found interesting is my natural desire to eat the fruit. There is still fruit in the pop tart and the results tell me again that I have a fruit deficiency.Most breakfast cereals here in America, aka most of the processed ones have added vitamins. It is public knowledge that although we have added vitamins that doesn't mean our bodies will take them in. Another study stated that the plants produce compounds to help support everything involved, our intake is better, our health is better, and legit the plants are the source of our medicine. All of those medications from manufacturers select which small chemical to mimic which produce a long line of health related consequences which can lead all the way towards death. It is better to learn about what plants produce what, grow them, and ingest them accordingly although it may take greater quantities. Our peers of before RX prescription drugs may have been healthier compared to our vitamin fast food diet of today.Huge win for pop tarts. They are ready to eat and eating two provides calories in small sizing. I was down about 600 calories, which is about four servings of snacks or an entire meal. As I am not feeling well, leaving them by the bedside can be a motivator to rise. When one isn't feeling well and has no family to rely upon, ready to eat meals can make the difference between starvation, life, and death. I purchased two boxes to cover one month. Our current Bolo is hod-podged on quantity, sizing, and price per unit or ounce isn't always accurate, but then again our stores are not either.
