A recipe called for corn flour and all the stores here in Texas have corn flour for tortillas, but not for baking. If you’re ever wanting your cookies to be soft and chewy in the middle yet crunchy and crispy on the outside, add 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon to your recipe with the dry ingredients. I plan to buy again from this seller when I end up running out.

I love the corn flour. When I make corn bread I mix equal amounts of flour and meal. It makes for a less gritty more cake like texture. Bob's is nice because they have organic corn flour and meal.
