First I ordered a smaller size machine. The heat cable broke the first time I used it. So I returned it and bought a bigger machine thinking it would be sturdier. The heat coil broke after a month of usage. I'm trying to get a replacement part but if the coil breaks this easily, this is garbage.

Works great. Love that the heat gun has the dial settings. It definitely gets hot enough very fast. In fact sometimes I end up melting the plastic be I get to close or forget to move around more.

The BestEquip 18" Shrink Wrap Sealer is a solid machine with a powerful 530W I-Bar that makes sealing quick and efficient. It’s easy to use and does a good job of sealing various items securely.However, the quality of the shrink wrap included with the machine is disappointing. The material feels cheaply made and doesn’t provide a professional finish. It often tears or doesn’t shrink evenly, which can be frustrating when trying to achieve a clean, polished look.Overall, the sealer itself works well, but the subpar shrink wrap detracts from the overall experience. If you decide to purchase this machine, be prepared to invest in higher-quality shrink wrap for better results.

Purchased this shrink-wrap machine for a community college print shop. The price is competitive and far less expensive versus similar models of the Traco SuperSealer. Heating element works even better than the SS unit we have in our shop. So far I am pleased with the purchase. the only negative I can express is the know on the L-bar came cracked and broke off the bar, but this is not a big deal - the unit still works great and we can manage without the know. Thank you!

The media could not be loaded. Do not buy this item. I plugged it in and used it to wrap three items. On the fourth item, I was using the hot air gun to seal the shrink wrap. The hot air gun made a loud pop, I smelled burnt wiring and it quit working. Something now rattles inside of it. It will not turn on.I sent messages back and forth with customer service. I told them it does not work. The last message saidMay 18, 2025 10:45 PMDear Customer, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. Is the hot air gun plugged in and turned on now? If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Thank you for your understanding and support. Best regards.
