Just received this and so far, so good. Massager really helps with sore, aching back and muscle spasms. It does get warm, but I wouldn't say hot. Con: it has to be plugged in. So it's not really portable.

My mom Loved this massaging pillow, that she had me order another one 😆 mom said it's absolutely wonderful on her back and neck area, really does massage you and your muscles relax👍🏽 I have to get one now 😄

I would prefer zero stars but I can't continue with review otherwise. I have attempted all the trouble shooting suggestions but nothing works. The right wheel gets stuck on its own mesh and won't turn, makes a loud rattling sound. Bought it in December 2025 (going on 5 months) this supposedly has a 3 year warranty but doesn't provide info on how to replace it or get it fixed. I absolutely loved it while it worked

At first I thought this was a pretty decent. Smaller than the last one I purchased, unable to turn off the heat, but that didn't turn out to bother me. I was enjoying it, it hit the right spots in my back. I bought it in January, but by late March one of the massagers started getting stuck/skipping and making a loud sound. It does this most of the time now. I have purchased several back massagers over the years and I expect that eventually they stop working, but this one lasted least long by a lot.
