The media could not be loaded. This made our fireplace look so much better!!! It fit perfectly and replaced the one with the bad heater that burnt out. The replacement was easy and took 10 minutes total. It has better three dimensionality, gives off more heat and is brighter than the original. The remote works well and the thermostat and timer are excellent upgrades from the previous unit. Perfect for our home.

Fabulous fireplace insert! It even throw heat out if you turn that feature on. Love it. Quality is good. It looks so real, very well made.

I love it! Perfect proportions, and it looks great. The sides and back are sealed and finished, so it does not have to be used only as an insert. We use it tucked under a table in our TV room. The flame effect is very good, and the heat is generous. A tremendous value for the price.

The media could not be loaded. The previous insert used canned fuel and it stunk when we used it. I was pleased to find an electric insert that fit perfectly into the fireplace opening!! I can use the heat function or just enjoy the flickering flames.

An affordable, realistic fireplace. It was definitely missing the installation instructions, but it came with the hardware, required. I wish the heating box was a little wider, to add more heat to a space. Very easy to use once installed.

The media could not be loaded. This electric insert fit perfectly into the cabinet I’ve had for years. The old one that burned out is no longer made. It is shipped fully assembled with a remote and twoMetal L brackets to secure in a cabinet.The temp can be adjusted from 71 to 95 degrees. I’m very happy with it and bet that you will be too. Still amazed it fit right into the old fire place cabinet I’ve had for at least ten years.

It was extremely easy to install back in my old console. The flame is beautiful and it puts out great heat and my electric bill has not been very high with it and I run it nightly. 😁
