The material is breathable and firm enough to offer good support. The Velcro enclosure is strong and adjustable so I can customize the fit depending on how much compression I want. This product is amazing it's able to adjust to the perfect size needed if you lose or gain weight. The velcro is very strong and the belt is very durable and well made. It's really nice to be able to adjust it multiple ways for a snug and comfortable fit. It functions very well while as advertised. It definitely helps you to sweat by raising body temperature. Also it does seem to be able to machine wash and the stitching is very well done. Great product and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for such a product. I honestly have three other waist training belts and this one is definitely a keeper.

These waist trainer belts are awesome! I purchased one for a family member who deals with posture issues...and he also wants to support his abdominal area. After only a few days, he's very happy with his results. I can already see his posture is better...and his abdominal area is smaller!! I was so impressed, I purchased one for myself! The product may not look as thin as the pic...however, its very durable, and it holds in place well! I think the price is great....and I hope others will have great results also! It's pretty comfy for me, so I am wearing it often. Btw...it may run a bit small, so you may want to "up" your size.

Iām honestly impressed with this waist trainer. It gives great support, helps with posture, and really enhances my curves under clothes. Very comfortable and fits perfectly. Itās stays steady while working out and the fabric is breathable and strong. I can I wear it all day without issue. I love this product! It also looks great under or over your clothes.

Initial thoughts out of the package. While it had the neoprene smell, (to be expected) it wasn't overly strong or lingering, and didn't trigger a migraine for me. The Velcro is strong and and the two additional adjusters have a great range to find tune the sizing. It hasn't rolled on me when I bend which is great, and is not irritating my skin. They stays in the back are not digging into me, but not bendy enough to compromise support. Rather impressed so far.

For reference, I am about 5ā1ā and around 150lbs. Based on the provided measurements online, I ordered a medium. Iāve never used a waist trainer/belt before so I have nothing to compare it with. I have a short torso so I was a little apprehensive but when tried it on it was pretty comfortable and true to size. Took a few tries to get it on the way I want to. Been using it for a couple of days and it feels good. My husband said it looks good and it holds well under clothes. I am able to sit on the floor with no issues. The material feels itās of good quality and the velcro sticks really well. Overall, itās worth it and Iām satisfied.
Worth the money
I have worn this waist trainer twice at the gym, and It really does work to protect the back, in fact its better than my gym belt. It also reminds me to pull my tum in when doing strength training.Comfortable to wear and stays in place. I would recommend this product.
Good product for good price
I usually donāt write reviews but Iāve been wanting a good waist trainer for a while to help with shaping my waist as well as for working out. This waist trainer really helped with that as well as keeping my posture, itās comfortable as long as you get the right size, good product for a good price!

This waist trainer is very good. It holds you well. The support wires are very strong. Paired with the heat cream, it makes you sweat. To how well it holds you it helps with your posture as well.
