This is actually a good product, it does read faults and is able to clear them as advertised. What I had problems with is that it would NOT let me register the product with Foxwell (kept getting "unable to register at this time"), and it would NOT reset the Maintenance Oil message on my 2024 4Runner, even after doing all the updates.

I've been using this for a month now on a few different vehicles.It's good I like it alot more than my old outdated scanner.It reads live data.I can monitor transmission temperature which is important when draining and filling on my toyota 4runner.It looks like it has the capability to complete abs brake bleeding but I have not tried that out yet.It's only a 1 way scanner that can read codes and show you live info. It cannot communicate with the car to tell it to turn things on or off. For that you need to spend more money for a bi directional scanner.Maybe I should have spent alittle more and got that one instead but at the time I felt I didn't need that.4 stars cause the unit has no memory. There's no battery no storage slot to pou in any kind of SD card or anything like that.Everytime I plug it in to the car I have to first go to settings and change the unit of measurement to imperial. By default it's set to metric.I don't regret buying this so I'll give it 5 stars, but if you can afford to spend alittle more, I would get the bi directional unit instead.

First you get free lifetime updates BUT you have to use a PC. So if you are a Mac user you are without support. So you borrow a friend’s PC and then the update process is a 1,645 step process. And to make matters worse the update file you have to download is too big of a file to fit onto the scanner. So there is that.So then let’s say you get it updated and registered because you sought help and received help from Jesus. Miracles happen.It says that it works on thousands of cars or something astronomical.I tried it on a 2018 Durante and it worked great. Well except it picked up erroneous errors AND actual errors it could not clear once fixed. It just said, sorry can’t clear errors. Womp womp you lose.I tried it on my 2003 Nissan xrerra. This one won’t even read the vehicle so you have to put in the VIN manually and even then it still says it does not exist. So… womp womp. Lose again.10 out of 10 should not buy this again.

I've had this a year and here are my thoughts. Scanner is easy to use and is relatively fast scanning most vehicles. It is slower than some of the more expensive scanners. It does scan all modules and reads the pids from each module. It resets codes fine. Graphing is pretty basic only 2 pids at a time. Limited bidirectional/reset abilities. The EPB did work for me. Need a windows PC to update the scanner. Best to pull the SD card from the scanner and update directly with the PC. I could not get the scanner to update thru the usb cable. It is one of the most affordable 'all module' scan tools available today. I'm happy I purchased it.

I like that it recognizes a variety of vehicles, the trouble codes and live data exceeded my expectations.It’s take some time getting use to no touchscreen.My only real disappointment was that it was supposed to come with eight reset option’s, but my unit only has 4 installed. So far, I couldn’t get airbag or TPMS codes to relearn. I may just need to download software, but I expected it to be preloaded. If I can get it to relearn basic system like battery, airbag, TPMS, and ABS, I’ll just get something else.

We had originally got a lower model which were returned thinking it didn't do what we needed it to.We are so happy to have gotten this model. It is thorough and gave presice instruction on how to recalibrate codes.It even works with Porsche and other more exotic brands.It shipped fast and customer service has been good so far.Thank you.
Quality product
Good quality, just what I needed
Value packed but extremely slow
This is probably the most powerful scanner for this price range.Having done my research, this is the only scanner in this price range that are able to scan, detect and reset other systems in a wide range of vehicles and are updated for free from the company. This is so good that if i could I would rate it 6 stars our of 5.However it should really be 5 stars, as it was extremely slow to use this unit. For reference it took 18 minutes to scan all the sytems on a Nissan based vehicle.In summary very good scanner but make sure you're not in a hurry and you don't run a shop, because if you did, it'll drive you insane.
Doesn’t work with R53
Great scan tool but wouldn’t do a trans adaptation reset with my R53 Mini even after doing a complete software update. Will hopefully work on my F60 but yet to try until next service.
Great Value for Basic Tests, But Not a High-End Scanner
This isn’t a fancy scanner by any means, but it works well for tasks like injector cut-out tests, which is exactly what I needed. It’s a step up from your typical code reader. For the price, it’s a solid choice and gets the job done. However, for just a few extra bucks, you could get a scanner with more features. Overall, I’d still recommend it for the value.
